Hi Tony, i was married and have children with a pro athlete, but i got dragged through the mud, got cheated on and got left several times by my ex husband. But i stopped dealing with his grown boy behaviour when i found out i was pregnant by our 2nd child. I held him accountable for his actions and he decided to walk out on us..it was the hardest decision i had to make because i knew i was going to struggle mentally and financially, but when i look at how silent and peaceful me and my daughters life is, i know i made the right decision to walk out.. i dont have the fancy clothes, expensive vacations, luxury house and big cars, but my babies never complained ONCE. I rather struggle than to eat out of my x hb hands ever again. Thanks for keeping it real with us 24/7, may God bless you 🙏🏽❤️
You are so strong and you are AMAZING! Make sure you read that again. The Lord is and will always be your provider. May He continue to bless you, comfort you and may the man HE has for you, find you. God bless you, sis! ♥️
Are women really this way?? I ask because I don't personally know any female like this! I live in Australia so maybe its different here than in the US. I dated a guy with ALOT of money, he would pick me up in a Lamborghini, get VIP treatment, taken to the best restaurants, wined and dined ect ect but his character was not right, so I stopped contact with him easily. If a man doesn't have good character then I don't want him. Period.
I agree, women get so caught up in the glitz and the flashiness that they don't take the time to see him underneath all that stuff. Just because he has money and material things, doesn't make him a good man. I dated lots of men with money, good jobs, education, etc...when I got to know him as a person, he turned out to be a self-centered, insecure, controlling a$$hole. He gets dumped immediately.
Noticing men don't desire to be a good husband but brags about being a good father. A good father is being a good husband also. It teaches the children so much value.💛✌🇺🇸😇🙏
In going threw this right now have to fight him for my baby back we broke up 2016 last year life changed 2 days ago he called my phone saying i shouldn't have i was suppose to stay after i came back to work it out he stayed out all. Night never looked back he had a baby dealing. With the same girl he stayed out with we had a big wedding 2 months before that
I’m a single Dad and I really do not understand how any man can try to take a child away from their mother. Outside of cases of abuse, na. I’m sorry to hear y’all going through this. Co parenting is hard but that man need to honor that honestly children are closer to their momma. My daughter is. Let me tell y’all, a real Man of God would not take a young lady to court for custody. He should be mature enough to pay that support, and keep a consistent schedule. Idk what’s up with these new dudes. I run a business and be honored to co parent and play my part. We a team.
I was just talking about this on My IG story..An ambitious, hard working man will never be broke. I can NOT be bought ! Periodt! Being treated with respect and adored..that’s my love language.
I feel so uncomfortable when a guy tries to offer me too much too soon. My intuition and gut feeling is on alert and I could not go through with the process. In the end I know it's a transaction that may cost me my life. Recently, a guy who treated me by buying me some nice items and we both made it clear in the beginning tried to throw it in my face (not literally) as if I owed him a "date" and he owns my time. That situation happened in 2018 and it's still being held over my head and it's funny. Time changed and so did I so I NO longer accept or be fooled by what's in a man pockets let alone what he's giving me.
This is such a good message. I’ve never looked for a man with money because most of the ones that were interested in me had some of the worse character. They felt that they were able to disrespect women because of their money and I quickly shut them down. I always looked for character and sometimes I was fooled and other times I wasn’t. We have to pay attention to the signs early and save ourselves the heartbreak.
I know someone right now who is unwilling to leave because of the lifestyle he provides. All the while carrying on several other relationships, and driving her crazy to the point she has tried to commit suicide. So, not only is this Queen crying in the Audi, she is about to die for it too. What did Lauryn say, "Babygirl, respect is just the minimum!" Guard your gates Queen, and like Tony said, "Come to the table with your own bag!"
I’ve gotten to the place where money will not change my opinion on how I view my self worth. From experience my happiness and my peace is all thar matters to me at this point.
I’ve walked away from a few guys with money. They came to me with a cocky attitude as if they already knew they was gonna “win”. The attitude alone set off red flags for me and sadly so far proved to be true that their characters were not so good. Their egos were hurt. I could discern the anger as I let them know it wasn’t a match. Ladies keep your standards and values.
"He feel that track and see that glue on the side " heavenly father, I had to go back a few times on that, lol. Love these videos for the TRUTH and comedy.
It's such a nasty dirty feeling when a person tries to buy you. Quickest way to get blocked. I haven't met a rich man who didn't make me sick to my stomach...just empty and many of them lack basic substance and integrity
@ I've met them all....it just boils down to them wanting to experience you at any cost....not knowing I could care less about bags or trips....give me you. If you're not emotionally available keep the rest....
@@broco6608 yea unfortunately the poor ones too smh it's learned thru experience and I waited late to date ....jist was naive and too trusting ....it happens
So men get angry when women chase them for the money but no one is angry that men only chase women for their beauty . Most of these athletes date only beautiful women for their exterior so why are they expecting that women will stay with them through thick and thin. The older o women get the less valuable she's. She's ain't gonna wast her beauty on a broke men so she jumps to a richer men. But if they chose someone for their interior they won't be afraid to be left for being broke.
Mr Gaskins I'm not sure if you realise how powerful you are. I have never in my life seen this many women change their life. When you speak and tell us the truth we are 💯 with you! You have the ability to start a world movement. God bless you and your family and thankyou for your service🙏
I KNOW what I NEED to do... but the lack of "following thru" haunts me. Im not even looking for "money"...bc I'm used to taking care of myself. Honestly it's the desire to be loved....And yeah I know the love SUPPOSED to come from within. And yes..I "know your worth" is where the confirmation of love comes from....but it's so hard to go it alone....Divorced.... 45...not getting any younger....just so frustrating.... WHY does it have to be so hard?
Jacqueline!! I know exactly how you feel. I’m 28 and it is just as hard. Nobody really wants anything solid and they think all women just want money, I am the complete opposite. I know that people always say you have time, but when you have a certain set of values and morals, it bothers you. Like seriously.
@@shenaniganswithshannera7772 Thanks...and that's soo true. I'm NOT saying I'm an angel....but I'm noticing no matter HOW wonderful u are... or try to be...guys just aren't trying to talk for real....Unless u're speaking "their language" if u know what I mean..... Ridiculous.... Men at 45 ....well some...but a GOOD BIT.. STILL GROWN BOYS.... again.... RIDICULOUS....🤔🥺😓
Thank God I never cared about gifts. I've turned down many material things because I didn't like the guy and didn't wanna use him. I'm a spend time type of woman, and acts of service.
Lmbo!😂 Tony, you are absolutely 💯 on every point, especially when the friends say " Gurl keep him, keep him, keep him!"😂 I am so thankful that I didn't ever let a man think he can buy me bc something isn't right about him from the start.🙌🏾💃🏾
Life is too short to settle for something that could not truly fulfill your heart and soul.. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, gifts and advices.. God bless your soul and your family. Thankful that I discovered your channel.
Thanks coach T. Thats one thing I was never able to do(be brought) it just never set right in my spirit. I was blessed to have parents that showed and taught me how to get things for myself and the value in doing so. Grateful for the reminder 🙏
I make decent money ...so if a man acts funny style trust and believe I can pay for my meal myself ..so a a man cant buy me I have chanel, ysl and vuitton on my own no loans no scamming just working ...paid of my school loans with my dads help..so trust me if i get with a man he has to be doing better in all aspects of his life not only money...I treat myself to material thinngs on my own so a man do it its just extra.
Great video . I left the grown boy he had more money than me and tried to tell me I could not make it with out him I told him the lord is my provider . And boy did God provide 🙌🙌🙌.Got to go!!!!!!!
I agree that money is not the only factor, but it should not be totally ignored. Financial stability is as important to a woman as sex for a man. Now it should not be the only focus, but in my experience men who don't have money in their pockets have a lot of time on their hands to pretend to be the perfect man, supportive and the nicest for years! It's wonderful to be independent as a woman, but are you supposed to work when 8 months pregnant or just given birth and not rely on your husband financially at all?! Its not sustainable, and after spending years on these 'nice' men you find out they ultimately lacked character, integrity, responsibility and were plain lazy. Ladies let's not be bought with money, instead lets include certain level of financial responsibility as a standard in addition to character and integrity! A man appreciates the woman he works for and invests in with his time, effort, character and money.
The chewing on the steak had me laughing😆 I’ve seen what you’re talking about and it’s sad. All I know is that having my own is very important. Thank you Tony and be blessed. It’s always nice seeing your adorable son.
Sad but true, it’s a reality us women must accept.I personally know successful women (lawyers/doctors) who have gotten married with more successful men and tolerated mediocracy from the beginning just because the man is able to provide a certain luxurious lifestyle they want. There are a lot of women out there who are professionally successful but lack standards and only worry about keeping up with the Joneses. More common than we care to admit.
loved this message....laughed through the whole thing.... Tony definitely speaking truth,. As I listened though, I began to remember hearing someone say "if you want to know what a man loves, look at what he spends his money on"... therefore, instead of seeing yourself as a victim to this situation, recognize that you have some value to him... its important that you use that knowledge to empower yourself to draw the strength to stop thinking in the mindset of victim but as someone of value. Build on that so you can stand up and not feel like you have to allow him to walk on you... as you change how you see yourself...your circumstance will change... either it'll garner his respect or you'll gather the strength to proudly walk away.
The points you raise are so valid. It's easy to fall into these traps especially if you are starting to realise your value and feel you want men to invest more. I appreciate you breaking this down for us to see that money can't buy love. Yes it's very important but if I want something solid I have to look beyond. 🇿🇦
I left my first marriage and had it made as far as finances go. I got to stay home with our daughter, always had my hair and nails done, drove a nice paid for car, was left money on the daily just for spending on what me and my daughter needed. I knew if I stayed, I would have a life of vacations, never having to work but I was unhappy and not in love with my husband. We got pregnant after knowing each other for 2 months. I stayed for 7 years total, and decided that I'd rather wait tables, go to school, struggle and make it on my own to be truly happy. And I dont regret leaving at all. Money doesn't bring happiness. We had no connection, no affection, nothing in common, age gap. I gave up the "easy" life for a life of happiness.
I love when Tony say your back sounding like your bike😂😂😂🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 you my boy tho! U have help me tremendously! I thank God for u🙏🏼🥰 I’m being heal as I wait on The Lord to allow my divorce to become finale!
Tony, this is so true....no matter what most women will admit! To be honest, without the toxicity, I definitely want a grown man who has his stuff together! I ain’t no gold digger, had enough broke men!!! 😂😂😂 I absolutely will not put up with being mistreated though! I know my worth, and as a single mother of 4 grown children, “I’ve been bringing the table; to THE TABLE!!!!
I can't say I haven't done what I had to do in the circumstance. But nothing like going without and putting love first. Loyalty is a good feeling. For richer or poorer. Start together and grow.
Tony this is such a timely message because I know women who have been bought and you can tell by how they are only happy when they get a new purse or shoes because like you said we only seeing the good snapshot of her life and not the real truth. There are a lot of women who can be bought unfortunately and those of us who can't be bought become the b's stuck up, think we better than somebody but I rather be that than living in misery with my new purse, car, shoes, or house, like in Tyler Perry movie she was getting beat on a daily but because of his money her own mother who was slap crazy and living through her daughter convinced her to stay until she talked to her sister who had some sense. Keep doing what you do. Just don't get caught up doing so much for us and forget your beautiful family, there's always gone be somebody who gone disagree, delete, block. LOL
Women who fear God aren’t moved by material things of this world 🌎 👎🏾. LADIES TONY IS SPEAKING PURE FACTS . 👌🏽 God bless and protect him & his family for us 🙏🏾💕
You are absolutely right 👏🏽 I had to learn that in my twenties swinging from the pole 🤔🤦🏽♀️ I'm much wiser now. I send your videos to friends and loved ones that don't listen to me but rather hear it from someone else🤷🏽♀️😂 Thank you for the content you and your wife have a handsome little fella 😍😇
It's a lot more to life than material items and money. Many women are more likely to deal with nonsense when money, and titles, are attached. I'd rather keep my peace. I ain't knowingly putting myself through mess again; money or barely making it. Edit: Ain't had a man with substantial money or one who has taken me on any trip yet... When he comes, he's coming with integrity and character FIRST.
I had to make do and live with less than my ex provided for my mental health. You’re so right. $ isn’t a measure of character because the worst use is to control a situation. Any time he was about to close a big deal he would tell me “And you wanted to leave me...” after disrespecting & humiliating me numerous times.
Preach Mr Tony this sounds like my Aunt getting beaten but staying in the relationship because my Uncles money...She ain’t got her own bag exactly nor ambition & ur right she won’t walk away years of abuse since I was a child
I was recently talking to a guy, whom spend alot of money on me, and once he became controlling I was out, and he had the nerve to bring up the fact that he spent money on me, so I explained to him I didn't care what he spent or done, I will never allow money control me...period
A brother cut me off after knowing me a month because I didn’t get my own business started yet he said he need a woman with her own business.. he knew I was still working for a company I was with for 4 yrs and I want to start my own business as well I told him this in the beginning he knew this. It hurt my feelings a little knowing he only wanted me for a business.
Cher H no he worked for a company at night he had a small landscaping business but than idk ... looks to me he was growing weed in his clients backyard 😒 he never showed me any of his landscaping work only his backyard He smoked to much weed to be 41 yr old man
Yes that's so true men going to take a short cut, if a short cut is available...I thank God for giving you the wisdom to share with use men and women....I believe God will give use wisdom and knowledge about relationships if we will to listen and apply the knowledge to our lives...Thank you for sharing...these topics have been at eye opening to me especially you were sharing about the difference between Grown- boys and Grown-mens...🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽
I appreciate this video. Tony you can definitely make your car chronicles your new thing. I appreciate the raw/no filter video. Make the car your other office time. I'm here for that. Much love to the bless tribe.
This is why when my date asked what kind of wine I enjoy, I said I dont drink because he was successful and I'm NOT ABOUT to tell him that I like 5.99 4pac Moscato and Zinfandel. Not me!
Unbought and unbossed right here, even back in my younger broke days. If a man couldn’t treat me with care and respect I was quick to cut them off regardless of his income and I haven’t changed, heck I just dumped a well-off guy who had a M8, Porsche Panamera and a Range because he was immature and needy, but couldn’t even remember my birthday, which was 3 days after his🙄
One man said to me once 'when you open your legs do it with a rich man because they are all the same and at least you'll have money' - I didn't take his advice. I came as a student to London UK when I was 19yo. I met a Turkish man who really wanted to be my boyfriend. He looked after me. He was nice at first. He started being jealous and possessive, and I had a feeling he was doing some illegal business. I moved out when he wasn't home. I got a job and never allowed this situation again. Life is not easy and I am happy I am my own person. I don't owe anyone anything. I like doing things for people, never selfish.
A lot of women refuse to check these rich men because they’re not even in it for the “right” reasons. Any attempt to correct him or put him in his place will stop the cash flow. Some women have a roster of 3-5 men all giving them money at once while they’re on the hunt for husband material. A friend of mine is seeing 4 men at a time and they’re all paying for stuff. One pays her utilities, the other pays her mortgage, the other pays her car note and the last one pays for her student loans. When she finds a man who can replace what these 4 men are doing, she will drop them like a bad habit. A woman won’t waste time checking a man who only serves a temporary purpose in her life. Remember that women today are multi dating now and it’s pointless to put your energy into someone you only see as a temporary atm. 🤷♀️ As long as the money is coming in, she doesn’t care if they’re consistent because she doesn’t want them finding out about each other. If one of them ghosts for 2 weeks then comes back, they’re doing her a favor by leaving her the time and space to find her real husband. When you’re juggling multiple men, minimal communication is ideal.
I was in a relationship with a man and he would used money and gifts as his way to think I would stay and deal with his bs. Nope I walked right out of his fancy ass house with fancy toys and tech with $1000.00 I threw at hom that he gave me bc he was full of bs lies and games. He called me I blocked and deleted him out my life. I want quality of a man heart and true intentions rather quantity. So no I definitely wasn't bought ever I had my own house my own car my own career and raised my son by myself so I was good b4 him and great after i left him.
