Thanks so much, Tony! It would really depend on the location you are living if it's heavily wooded or not. I feel like yellow flies are a thing when I'm out on the water and the mosquitos come out at night. I have a friend who always sees gators in her backyard, a "man-made pond," and I cannot believe it 👀. Have you visited Jacksonville before?

If we don't get Fall leaves, come rack my yard, then tell me if that's still your truth. A Lot of Jacksonville has pecan, oak, and pine trees.

I hear you! Jacksonville does have its fair share of trees. Pecan, oak, and pine trees keep us busy with yard work. However, what I was really referring to is the seasonality of the leaves.
