Im on my 13 days of OMAD From 220 lbs June 19, 2024 Now 208 lbs July 1, 2024 I Kinda enjoying it coz i need to prepare food one time only 😂 I lost 12 pounds in 13 days. I keep this up and increase my fasting period.
I’m new here, hello everyone 🇿🇦. I started on the 3rd of July with ADF 36hrs. Yesterday was eating day & I figured that eating 3 times a day on eat day i over do it. Today is fasting day. I’m planning to start breaking with OMAD then roll fast. SW - 105kg GW - 75kg Height - 160cm
thx u jerome i can honestly say i couldnt have done this with out you. whether directly from ur coaching or indirectly from ur videos i am making this amazing progress from your guidance so for that i humbly thank you 🙏🏽
I am doing 72 hours fast with 2 hours of refeed. The reason being that since my fasting started, I couldn't stomach too much food. I lost 15 pounds so far ❤
Finally, completed 1 week of 16:8 fasting; some days going a little longer. I didn't think I could do it. Start mornings with black coffee. Was going to add collagen, but wasn't sure if it would break the fast, so I didn't add it. Today, I start week 2. I've overcome the hunger. It's definitely the mindset. I've been used to having breakfast upon waking. Routine. So, staying busy is key! YES! The quality of food is so important. Watching your re-feeds really brought that message home. Clean, whole foods - meat, veggies, fruit. No processed foods. That's what we all need to get back to. Thank you for pointing out what we all should already know.
Still nervous about my 4 day vacay to Illinois, but it helps me to know that when I get back I have a coaching session scheduled with you! Also trying to keep in mind my progress lately (I'm down another pound this morning) and how good I've felt lately! Thanks for the continued motivation and inspiration. Enjoy your vacay! Eager to see how your doc appt went and how your vacation goes.
Your videos are sooo motivating! One thing I’m trying to do, is to TRUST THE PROCESS! Focusing on the scale and the number brings me anxiety and obsession over the number. I have a hard time not paying too much attention to whether the numbers didn’t go down, or if they stay the same, or (gasp) go up! So what I’m doing is focusing on hitting that timer over again, no matter what and getting my workouts in, getting my steps in and staying active and eating well. And looking at how my clothes fit and how much I can lift at the gym to gauge my progress. Consistency is the key! Onward and upwards!
Checking in. Had a hard time Last Thursday - Sunday. Had Family come in from out of town. Hit the timer again last night. Plan to Fast until back below my last weigh in before the refeed and carry on. Imperfect Consistency!
Inspired by you, I started a 40-day challenge(not fasting for forty days, but working the combo I know has worked in the past for me) on a Wednesday ,middle of the week, middle of the month, no particular day, I just STARTED without waiting for the 'right time'! Proud to say I am CONTINUING this first-of-the-month Monday.
Interesting - the part you talked about body composition. How clothes feel today vs 3 mo ago, at the same weight. The best part of getting fit is how clothes feel on your body. I've been there and aim to get there again.
"Oh you lost weight? Do it AGAIN!" I've been wishy-washy about the days I fast and don't. I'm implementing more discipline this month. Thanks Jerome for these fast sermons 😏 they're not falling on deaf ears by any means.
Fell off severally. This week I'm focusing on OMAD to avoid obsessing with food during fasting. It's a challenge staying hydrated 😢... Introducing work out gradually. Weekly weigh in results 99.6Kgs
I did long time ago a 21 day fast lost 18 pound now i was doing 20/4 fast and im losing very slow. So i saw your video and gor motivated to do it again 👏 to reach my goal i need to lose 40 pounds , will see what happend ..❤ Thank you and u look Faboulus!
I wanted to do 50-day water fast because i was sooo done with all this weight. Deep down, i knew it wouldn't work. 1. The detox that takes place is extreme, and 2 i know the rapid weight loss will lead to rapid weight gain.
Hi is it possible after a 30 day fast and then keep the weight off with healthy eating and exercise? Or do I have to keep fasting every 4 day or is there another option?
That's right!! You WILL lose that weight. Put that bass in your voice. Lol!! Have a good vacation. P.S. You can't go to Wisconsin without sampling the cheeses!! We need a full report of the different samples when you get back!! OK maybe I need the full report. 🤔😂Cheese is life. 😂😂 Have a good time Jeromey Rome!! 🎉🎉❤❤
What Fasting app do you use. I've fasted 40 days,30 days, 15 days, 10 and 7, so I'm not new at this, I've never used an app. Which one would you recommend?
