Don’t Pick This Fight 

The plaintiff says she and the defendant don’t get along because the defendant always starts fights. She says the defendant threatened her with a pool stick and damaged her car fleeing a flight at a club one night. She’s suing her for an insurance deductible. The defendant says the plaintiff is a bully who attacked her and defamed her. She’s countersuing for assault, a cell phone, and harassment.
