Yes, I am being bullied in my workplace. Bullying started in my mid 40s. I eventually changed jobs and all was well for several years until a new young supervisor was employed. After her first year of settling in, she gave my hell. I’ve applied for other jobs but didn’t get them. Now I’m in my 60s. It does impact my mental health and I’ve needed to consult a counsellor.

I’ve been bullied and non of the lawyers are willing to take the case I have now been seeing a mental behaviorist and taking anxiety pills due to the abuse and harassment what can I do?
I was physically attacked by my manager, she was found guilty in her disciplinary hearing, the company decided to ignore its policy on assault and she's still working there. I've been hospitalized twice because of this person, I have a pending SAPS case, and due in court soon hoping to get a protection order against her.....yet she's still working at the office where the incident took place. Never been suspended or anything of that nature!
Thank you for your videos, you get to the point. You do your very well and more. You certainly speak in favor the employees. Sad that here in Texas our so called lawyers only about money and their colleagues.
Or they just start to threaten your well-being and ability to survive outside of work, then increase the bullying while involving more employees to do the managers bidding to make it so unbearable to exist there that you just quit.

I too have being bullied a lot at work, it has enraged me more than anything else, cause I speak up, I won’t let anybody bully me anywhere, but it has upset me more times than anything. These people bully everybody, and because these guys won’t fight they think they can get away with everything. I work in security, and in many occasions they try to make me look like I’m not doing my job. They leave me alone guarding entire hotel lots and if something happens they try to make it like it’s my fault, I won’t take that anymore, I’ve never taken it really, but this time I’m prepared to take any legal action required, and not only me. They’ve done it to a lot of people, only I won’t take that stuff, what should I do??? I reside in the state of Texas. Thank you!!!

In a union meeting, he leapt out of his chair and clenched his fist at me-witnessed by the union rep. We're attempting to resolve this informally again before escalating with grievance to HR.”
If we would report every single people and workplaces, who let harassment and bullying happen, we would end up with barely anyone working and no workplaces at all.

My last place where j worked admitted to my face that she bullied me . And even asked me to be her FB friend .when i left Think she was jelous of me but karma will hit her
