Maaan Brodie I’m glad it’s not just me artist get mad at the engineer for their poor performance sometimes I try my best to encourage artists to experiment no pressure nobody will hear your mistakes let’s Chase perfection and land on great
YYBY stamp this. been telling artist this sad part some wont listen, this what seperate the good artist and bad who prefer to sound like everyone else 💯
Also, @Wayne if I may interject a helpful tip.. Which , is to be prepared to be konfident if not overly konfident on the 🎙 . Show up prepared to kaptivate with your vokal expression, if your passionate and your heart and love is in this musik then that should standout in ones delivery and be konvincing on purpose. AND REFRAIN from showing up feeling intimidated or nervous...just to end up leaving the session feeling restrained and ashamed . Remember to always say what you mean ,do you and stay true & mean what u say!💯 P.S. record like you bout to perform and know how and when to breathe so you don't get gassed🥵
@@NoOne-pc4pilook up the studio you wanna go too try emailing them or calling the number they have around a good time they’d be in and ask when is a open time you could book say a 2 hour session and ask for prices talk about what type of music you trying to make make sure to go with a hard drive or ask them if you can email them the beats also bring water also get there early but not too early also go with confidence even if you gotta fake it but embrace the moment knowing you there to work on your craft and bring your music alive
You know I’m more of a rock n roll/metal/Ozzy/ Black Sabbath style artist but I feel like your advice is helpful for any genre almost so I appreciate this video so I gotta give my dude a subscription
ive spent hours looking for the perfect beat its just not working out so i feel like writing beforehand wont do justice then it will just be lyrics without feeling, So id rather wait to write at the studio with a beat
Love the videos Wayne you stay dropping gold on the community🙌🏾 maybe change the thumbnail tho as some could find it a lil triggering, that SM7B really do look like a piece for a hot second
What's up brother I need advase from you personally, I have used many DAW's in my life such as FL studio, Reason, Mixcraft, studio one and many more except Pro tools because it was hard to find it free. Okay few weeks ago I went back to the internet search for Pro tools again finally I found it free this time. I am amazed by Pro tools sound but here is my problem, every six months of using the Daw I end up getting bored by it sound and work flaw even the look sometimes, my question is how I can help my self because I do need to use one Daw for my hole life what can help me stay and respect the Daw?

The amount of money it costs for a studio session .. about 5 to 7 sessions u could buy everything you need to record.. these studio owners are nuts on their prices
@@triplebeam23 you're absolutely right, but I've recorded hundreds of people and 90% of them hardly even take their craft seriously, let alone have the desire to invest time in learning. I call em weekend rappers lol.
