Hey Mate, That's for the heads up on this angle of attack. I think these days most people can pick someone that is dodgy, but when your hopeful that someone is going to take interest in what your doing sometimes you can miss the tell tail signs. I one took on a sponsor that promise the world and made me feel great about putting my name to their product (in this case Tires) and only to find out there was no money after the work was done. it can happen to anyone

The vultures are everywhere. Heard a few storys about this, the dreaded " They " seem to target newer small channels that are showing growth. Don't even respond to them. This is where Patreon is good, it lets creators earn a bit without relying on monetisation and ad revenue. Never get into anything that you can't 100% cancel at any time. To me..anything digital is dodgy 😁 but if a known company offers you a free product/tool in return for an unbiased honest review then go for it. Edit: I'd love to support mate, Really enjoy the style and honesty and picking up great tips 👍 I have a very limited budget. I'd be minus destitute if I supported everyone I like 🤣 Was a choice between bugger all for just a few or a useful ammount for just one and the lovely, funny Quinn Dunki won ☺️

It sucks people want to try and do this. I may entertain them a bit but honestly before I would I would be setting up an old computer with linux and NEVER connect it directly to my home or work network. Take a laptop with a fresh install to someplace with free wifi and mess with them but truthfully if you don't have the computer skills to use linux and virtual machines it's probably best to just hit the spam button.
