I have a question what happens when the defense wins summary judgment but the appeals court reversed and remanded back to the Lower trial court for a retrial does the appellant a motion for the retrial? Urgent!

How do you find a case to help ones case. In Florida a court think (miami) judge rules if a person as living out of a vehical (car) it would come under same 4th amendment protection as a house.

A good place to start is to read federal case law concerning the 4th amendment. Florida is in the Eleventh Circuit, so you want to conduct research in that circuit. The video I uploaded last Saturday includes the map where you can conduct research.

Hi. I have attached two links concerning the pland and scheduling order. The first one is a guide. See publiccounsel.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Guide-Initial-Discovery-Obligations.pdf. The second one is an outline on the 26(f) plan and report. www.mied.uscourts.gov/pdffiles/Clelandoutline26fplan.pdf. You can also visit the website of the district court and look for forms where you may be able to find a template. Otherwise, call the cleark office and they can guide you. Best.

sadly i had time to amend my complaint/case and didn't do so within the time frame and my case was dismissed, is this an end all be all situation or can i amend this still?

Without more (extenuating circumstances that would convince the court to permit you to amend), it would be the end.

Mrs. Lucinda. I received a email from a legal counsel from my job. She wants me to send my demands in order to settle out of federal court. Do I need an employment lawyer? Most of them want a $2500 retainer and that's tough.
