"Clay Hill doesn't exist anymore" I love that they at least acknowledge Wakey Wakey's town without directly saying what happened besides it being scrapped lol
“It is forged far beneath the earth , with the last remnants of the ancient ones…” That is an incredibly ominous, absurdly funny, yet surprisingly accurate description of gasoline 😂
Duck taking "visual inventory" and paying attention to small details feels like the creators having a laugh at us picking apart theories and searching for easter eggs. his "oh look another fly, how exciting" line makes me think they're just making fun of us digging too deep into something that isn't actually there
20:06 I’ve seen people talk about the car crash but no one’s talked about this for some reason, the anger, sadness, and just stress in reds voice is so well performed and chilling
21:58 My God, this is a heartbreaking moment, why is no one talking about it… Just the way Red tries to stay optimistic for himself and for poor Yellow Guy, then his voice breaks and you can hear him softly start to cry… That just hit me straight in the gut, dude. This is probably why Red has such a shift in attitude in the next episode, not just because of the reset, but because now he knows that what’s outside the house is more terrifying and lonely than what’s inside it. What’s inside is at least familiar to him, so it feels safer, and so there’s also no point in fighting it anymore. It’s why he’s more relieved when the teachers start doing their thing again. He and the other two embrace it rather than risk suffering the unknown, which they just did… They all deserved better 😢
I'm wondering if this episode is out of order and is actually the last one. Notice Yellow Guy brings up his experience in the next episode of "being smart and losing it" during the opening. He even sees his smarter self in the car mirror. This show is very suspicious.
@@theseculargamer3339 Just discovered this theory, that’s very interesting. Part of me hopes this is the case, since it would be cool to see what they’d do next in this junkyard. And maybe Yellow suddenly looked to the left because the car disappeared, and that was Lesley bringing it back, but unfortunately the three guys weren’t inside it. Maybe she’ll try to hunt them down next…
16:16 This part makes me think of something: What if this is an actual conversation between Lesley/ Her husband with their son? They’re moving to a neighborhood and Lesley is trying to reassure her son about meeting new people and fitting to the community.
Red Guy is easily my favorite character and this is easily my favorite episode. Absolutely love the idea of one of them being fed up with this and wanting to get away from this nightmare world, honestly was done better than in electricity in my opinion.
18:12 This moment. This specific scene is definitively *THE* scariest scene in DHMIS' history. The fact that is something that could happen in real life and the fact that it happens so fast makes this scene scarier than any scary moment in all the DHMIS franchise.
When Yellow Guy says 'Green is for go!' at 9:21, it's because he's remembering what the talking traffic light guy says who flashes up in the final ep of the original series (when Red Guy's summoning up all the random characters into Yellow Guy's bedroom from Roy's control machine)
Oh my god, leslie was the one narrating the "pleasant town" squence foreshadowing her sons death...her scream as he was hit by the car was so chilling...
@@gulpinmackerel1429 Theory that Leslie loves Yellow Guy because he reminds her of her dead son. Unlike most theories people went all out on it with actual good proof and stuff.
“Time Child! Time Child! Hey guys come with me and drink some space alcohol!” This episode has so many iconic moments. 😂 “bleegh raisins are bad for me bluergh” 🤮
"Hey guys drink this space alcohol and come with me to thr sixth dimension!" You're just quoting something from the show u just watched and u couldn't even quote it right
“Journeys made and lessons learned. You may feel like you’re alone. But no matter how much the wheels turn, The journey always ends up back at home.” Gave me chills
18:18 this part really fucked with me, cuz as a kid in the 90s my idea of the world was basically as carefree and blissful as that whole neighborhood stop motion bit, but I remember one time a bird flew into our house window and that was the first time I learned about death. From then forward it was a downward spiral of harsh reality, especially once the new century started. The 90s will forever remain a magical time to me because of that.
Which makes me (and many others) believe that the episodes of this season aren't lined up in the correct order, and that Transport is the true finale of the season.
I love how yellow guy has some common sense for once. Normally it's red guy correcting situations or knowing something bad is going on. Like how last episode red guy was like "we live in an actual NIGHTMARE" showing that he knew how fucked up their world was. Especially considering how much gore and death happens. But in this episode yellow guy was confused and considering if they should actually travel or not while red guy was forcing duck and yellow guy to travel. That's just a small detail I noticed. Probably not important but still. Edit: I'M WATCHING THIS EPISODE AGAIN AND I JUST NOTICED THAT WHENEVER THE TRAIN GUY WAS MORPHING, THE VEHICLES SAID "LESLEY" WHICH RELATES TO EPISODE 12
So far, DHMIS has had a common theme of the 5th episode of each "season" being the point in which things completely fall apart and the main characters become the most aware of their situation. First Health, now Transport
10:31 omg I was shocked when I saw clayhill Al thought you all probably already know, Clayhill was the name of the location that the characters were going to live in in the og new dhmis But they decided it didn’t give the right “Dhmis vibe” so over time they made so many changes that they decided to scrap the entire thing
@@frownyclowny6955 It sounds a lot like Leslie. If you think about it, this was probably how her son died and that was her reaction? She said to yellow guy “You are not my real son!” Then said it was a joke.
I just realised at 12:33, Duck says "I might have a sleep" and rests his head on Yellow guy's shoulder, which is just adorable And in 13:20, I bet everyone noticed this, but when Yellow guy looked outside, he sees his smart version, which is foreshadowing to the next episode
I think it's back-shadowing... There's no calendar in Transport, we're not allowed to know the date. I think something happened in Electricity that got Red so paniccy in this episode
22:41 holy crap, the ending is honestly spine-chilling. I don’t know what else to say. It just creeped me out so much. How is nobody talking about how perfect the end is And then it just cuts to the happy music Creepy AF
@@burntalphabetsoup6772 Acctually, he knows it... He's one of the creators os this show but Roy is corrupting it, now he just want to take his friend out of this corrupted think BTW THIS SCENE WAS TERRIFYING
@@hanakokun3741 thats a pretty popular theory but i dont really believe it myself. i really like the idea that none of the characters know what EXACTLY is going on, it makes the whole experience more terrifying for all of em
My take on it is that Red guy got an idea about things during the web series at least, mostly about the nature of *the house* but he completely lacked any knowledge of the outside figuring it'd be better than at home.
“Three Friends trapped in a House of dread.” “Lessons taught will fill their heads.” “One a duck, the other, red.” “And the last, yellow guy is.. *dead.*
I just noticed. He killed the fly and referred to it as a "fly" rather than his usual "pesky bee". Seems he only refers to them as "pesky bees" when it is a teacher.
If some are still hanging onto the Trauma Theory and the series being Red Guy's dream of the traumatic events in his early childhood then this part ( 12:37 ) makes sense why he was such a rush to get the bum out.
Anyone one spot the red/green/yellow thing on the time child? The red section has a road in it, the yellow section has batteries in it, and green was hard to make out. But red guy definitely seemed to snap and try to escape on the road, and yellow guy after getting batteries essentially did the same just in a much more civil and scientific manner lol.
Thats a facinating detail I never saw before. To me...the duck portion looks to be a wish-bone. Or something resembling it. I know its a reach, but we dont have any other details on it so: Perhaps Duck is the most expendable? Lesley herself has dozens if not hundreds of spares of him. Each piece seems to be a key to their enlightenment. Red Guy: Escape Yellow guy: Knowledge But for the duck....perhaps the wish bone represents a miracle? Or maybe a piece of him that has long been disconnected. Remember, to wish on a wishbone you break it in half, and the person with the bigger piece makes the wish. Im not sure where to go with this but its something to think about.
i think it's a cracking egg, like the one at the end of the origonal series that had the catterpillair hatch and scream "father!" before being crushed with a "pesky bee"
Im starting to think that the time child wasn’t actually a teacher more like he was there to get the trio out of their reality by offering them a “space alcohol” which would made all of the three aware that there are levels on top of them
This is super small but it makes me giggle every time I watch the episode. When the choo choo man turns into a bike when his head rotates on the ground as the front wheel, his eyebrows fall off and get left in the road. 😂
@@matureelevator The dead duck had maggots in the blood that escaped when it's head was cut off. Also the fake duck had a bushier head, which we see is a new norm throughout the rest of the episodes.
I think it's interesting how we see Red Guy dissatisfied with the norm more than once, and how he's looking for better situations. He seems to want to be left alone unless the situation might be an improvement from before: "That sounds really boring." vs. "I wonder what will happen." He's gotten away from the house twice(?) and interacted with people like him, but both times were a letdown. I feel like he prefers calmness/familiarity if he can't have peace/freedom. In this episode, it's like he made a big push to get away from the reoccurring nightmare. I wonder if he's given up after this. The junkyard was so different from the stuff the trio has seen before, and very different from what Red Guy was hoping outside was like. There's no one else, not even creepy teachers.
I like how at the end, when Red Guy said "Yeah, they'll be here" he started to faintly cry after. This shows he is guilty of what he's done ane he wants to go back for the sake of himself and his friends.
IM NOT GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE The sheer horror and determination in red guys voice he doesn’t want to stay their he wants to leave this hell but yet he fails and finds something worse than what it was before
the gps said clayhill doesnt exsist anymore, sloan and joe scrapped the pilot set in clayhill! I like the easter egg! They have a new funny or not funny house
I was trying to figure out where it was they ended up when transporter teacher died! That would be interesting! My first thought was that it was an abandoned and now torn down tv studio, don’t have anything support that though.
18:37 That’s definitely alluding to how they always end up back at their house at each episode, no matter what carnage or adventure they go through. I’m sorry if that was obvious.
This episode reminds me of the scene in Coraline when the titular character walks away from the Other house, but ends up back at it. She questions how this is possible, and is told that she essentially walked around the world.
I just noticed a very weird but strangely intentional detail in the background of 22:08. If you look inside the cabinet-looking thing behind Red Guy, you can see the canned food of Duck that represented his demise in Episode 5 of the web series and this can makes little appearances in the kitchen of the trio's house. If the trio has supposedly broken through this "simulation" and into a real-world setting that is completely separate from their world, why would the canned food of Duck show up in this realm? Perhaps it could imply that during the events of Episode 5 of the web series, Roy did indeed turn Duck into canned goods, and began selling them out in the real world not only to feed them to Yellow Guy to torture him, but also for a profit and to shut Duck up.
the ending was such a clever way to trick us, because this all took place AFTER the events of the last episode. them ending up “back at home” will actually be during s2
Any one else thinking the three characters Remind me of the 3 parts of the human being. They are always at odds with each other. But yet need and like parts of each other. “there’s three of us”
