Whether using a steam wand, or the NanoFoamer PRO, you'll want to pour immediately when your milk is ready for best results. This video explains why.

I appreciate Subminimal posting these videos "Don't let milk sit" and "We screwed up". These actions just show the commitment you guys have with a better experience with the customer. I am excited to receive the Nanofoamer Pro.

Since I am not good with latte, I am always making cappuccino. But for cappuccino, is it still necessary to polish steamed milk like that?

How to time the milk and espresso shot when the jug needs to be washed immediately after use?

You don't have to wash it immediately.Just add some cold water in it and let it soak a little while so you can take all the time you like with your latte art.

My biggest issue is that everything else has to be done first because if the foamed milk sits even for 15 seconds it separates into... well milk and foam.

Grinding & puck prep should be done first, but then your workflow can be completely in sync. You know it's going to take about 90 seconds to do the foam, and your espresso will take 30-40 seconds so you can press start a little bit before pulling your shot and then everything will be ready and perfectly timed.

Same thing, you can't steam your milk first then attempt to make an espresso on a regular machine. The major point of a dual boiler is literally foaming the milk with or right after pulling the shot. 😂

so why after it says ok you dont keep the impeller on and maintaining temperature?! why causing the users to harry with using the milk when the are making esspresso, and the whole idea of this foamer is to make the milk texturing in parallel and easy. you are causing this product to be useless. this is just simple understanding of use cases, and fw design.

What you describe is in fact what happens. It beeps at 55°C and displays OK, this is the coolest temperature and you could pick up now, but it also continues heating to 65°C while churning and maintaining you milk consistency. Since it already beeped once, you know you milk is ready for you if you want it, and you'll have about a minute until it reaches 65°C so you have plenty of time to get your espresso done and be ready when the milk is done.

@@subminimal I'm a backer just to clear things out. Haven't got the item yet but. Two things that bother me. 1. Why the milk needs to be warmed from 55 to 65. Why cant we just config it easily? 2. Why the impeller can't just keep swirling the milk? Why the device stops? Keep spinning it for 10 min max or something like that. This is the most common use case. Btw.... Where is the shipping to israel? We haven't got any update 🥹

@@amirweissbrot Hi, we believe keeping things simple is the way to go with all our products. In this case, pulling a shot of espresso takes 30-40 seconds and the PRO take 1-2 minutes so why would anyone need to keep the milk swirling for 10 minutes? That just means the workflow has not been planned out properly. Here's the workflow we recommend: Have your coffee ground, tamped and ready to extract, start the NanoFoamer PRO, then pull your espresso shot. Once your espresso is done, the milk will take about 30 seconds more so you can preheat your pouring jug, or remove your portafilter and then your milk is ready. If you like it at 55°C then pick it up when it beeps, if you like it hotter, wait a few seconds longer. Your espresso and milk can be perfectly timed like this so you have the best quality milk and the perfect crema ready at the same time. Note that the actual final temperature in the cup will vary quite a bit depending on the temperature of your pouring jug and cup. You could loose a few degrees by transferring to a cold jug or cup, so there are many factors that influence the final in-cup temperature and therefore we don't see the need to complicate the product by adding more accurate settings than what we have. The distributor in Israel has received all the units from customs two days ago and is busy packing up everyone's orders so they should be arriving very soon, maybe before we get to upload the tracking numbers even!
