Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds live session at the RAK Studio with Channel 4's programme, 'The Great Songwriters'. This was broadcast on November 29, 2017 on Channel 4 only.
Well if the poor girl is anything like me she will be waiting a lifetime He walked out the door 40 yrs to run an errand That was it never seen him since 40 years ago and no trace So Sally give me a call Jenny 💕🌟🌹😎
It's beautiful. Plus, after performing the same song for over 20 years just like the record, a reinvention keeps the performer both inspired and evolving.
@@anshumanrathore5928 All 3 of them come close, but normally when I play live I sing Don't Look Back In Anger or Mr. Brightside because somehow most brits where I live cannot remember the lyrics to Bohemian Rhapsody haha
Going on technique of playing and singing probably but for me he's lost the excitement and fear that he had for last few years of oasis and first few years if hfb that kept him honest and made him do his best with every performance
legopimp69 Kept him honest? What do you know of him, mate? Do you know Noel G personally? Sincerely, just talk about music. Appreciate only their music. Let's not delve into their personality since that's a private matter.
Bratty Neet what are u on about u absolute mental case? Who ever mentioned his personal life? If u would care to read my comment as opposed to fanboying out to Gallagher I said it kept his performances honest. I think over last few years he's just half arsed when playing live. Watch this performance then watch one from 2009-2012 and ul see a clear difference
Now his voice has more technique and has grown to have his own identity. 20 years ago it wasn't as melodic, it was raw, louder, with a lot of power... More influenced by Liam's style imo
Very Well Arranged !!!!! 👏•👏•👏•👏•👏 Tambourine • Acoustic Guitar • Keyboard Bass • Electric Guitar, i can clearly recognize every instruments !!!!! Thank You Guys for making Such a 'Cooool Clip' We can enjoy !!!!! ^&*
Slip inside the eye of your mind Don't you know you might find A better place to play You said that you'd never been But all the things that you've seen Slowly fade away So I start a revolution from my bed 'Cause you said the brains I had went to my head Step outside, summertime's in bloom Stand up beside the fireplace Take that look from off your face You ain't ever gonna burn my heart out And so Sally can wait She knows it's too late As we're walking on by Her soul slides away But don't look back in anger I heard you say Take me to the place where you go Where nobody knows If it's night or day But please don't put your life in the hands Of a rock and roll band Who'll throw it all away I'm gonna start a revolution from my bed 'Cause you said the brains I had went to my head Step outside 'cause summertime's in bloom Stand up beside the fireplace Take that look from off your face 'Cause you ain't ever gonna burn my heart out And so Sally can wait She knows it's too late As she's walking on by My soul slides away But don't look back in anger I heard you say
I am having a hard time in my life but whenever I listen to Oasis songs somehow my Mood,my feelings get Better.. It's hard to feel something like this but I believe that someday I'll be happy
This has different taste compared to original oasis's song. And I love it! It's so emotional and has magical thing that makes me want to shut my eyes and think about the meaning of the lyrics and rhythm. It's just magical. So good..
...so sad brothers hating each other so much...noel and liam are my forever Oasis ...gonna back my teenage time with pure music and love around...with no BS gadget and internet!
I don't think noel gallaghers song writing will ever truly be appreciated until he is dead. The guy has been churning out unbelievable lyrics time after time for 30 years!!!! Oasis were amazing .. biggest band in the world at one point an he single handed just wrote classic after classic........ me personally my two favourites... listen up and let there be love. But there is shit loads to choose from and plenty of discussions to be had
Hello Jeanine i have recently covered this song on my channel, Purely inspired by this performance, So if you could spare me some of your precious time to go to my channel and have a listen and pass on some comments, That Would Be Great, Many Thanks ; 0 )
Such simple chord changes with the capo on the 4th fret and simplistic chord's and yet again Noel nail's it! this has got to be the best version/performance of this song i have ever and will ever likely hear!
Noels vocals just keep getting better and better...he didn't sing like this back then...i will go a step further and say i now prefer his vocals to Liams...and i am a Liam Fan....Peace.
Noel's age is increasing, but his voice never disappoints his fans. I hope he continues to be successful in the future. I am a fan from Malaysia and from any state I will still support you.
As much as I hate to say it Noel Gallagher is the Harrison or Lennon of our time he writes very simple and brilliant songs I'd go as far to say in 40 years time people in bars will be playing this on acoustic. I mean it's been 25 or so now and they are......
Funny you should say that, Because i have recently started covering Oasis Songs on my channel, I find their stuff Timeless, So if you could go to my channel and have a listen and pass on some comments, That Would Be Great, Many Thanks : 0 )
I don't know if it's just me but listening to this version in the morning is so good. Well actually listening to this version anytime is good. But in the morning it's such a great song to wake up to :).
Whenever I feel down and sad I listen to this version always without fail makes me feel great! A national song that brings everyone together and still his greatest masterpiece
