I got medical exam before i arrived here in US.nov.11,2021 then January 2022 i file my I-765 then January 2023 I received RFE more evidence and need to do medical exam again i-693.it’s so unfair the uscis because i have filipina friend we file at the same time but she got approved after 10months of her green card without RFE.and interview
@US Immigration Talk- How would you address the situation during the medical exam if the person has never had any immunizations since birth due to parents decision? Assume he or she is out of the country applying for the green card.

When you say ask for a copy of the completed form, is this referring to the form we submit to USCI, or a personal copy of that form for our own records

Hello John and Anna, Thank you for the informative videos. I was wondering if this particular video applies to the US residents or applicants abroad. From what I remember the US embassies sent the applicants to their selected clinic/hospital, has that rule changed or remains the same?
The issues are similar whether you are in the US or abroad. Except at the embassy there's usually only one or two registered doctors in the country where the embassy is in, that can do the medical check-up.
There is a new Hepatitis B mandate introduced in May 2022. What if we have i693 ready from before within 2 years? Can we submit that or medical needs to be redone ? Or civil surgeon can update the same vaccine record and issue another sealed i693 with original date?
Can I ask something I went to do my medical and onthe phone I was told 500. But upon all trst it came to 1000 I di not have that kind money. So he did only important once he suppose to do and rest he told me to do with my home dr. Which were shots. Will that be accepted?
If a person has diabetes but no communicable diseases, does it make him inadmisible? Will he/she marked as having class B condition on form I-693 creates any issues for GC application?

I’m waiting for medical exam ( expecting next month ) and I’m currently 3 months pregnant , as I’m not taken covid19 vaccine. do you think the civil surgeon will force me to take vaccine during my medical exam ? or will they hold my application until I give birth ?
