Good afternoon to you! Well….#7, Friendly people, did it for me. I can’t wait to start to be able to take advantage of the condo we bought this week so that I can see all those friendly people….start talking to them…..and at the end of the day, complain how much my jaw hurts from talking. I will probably also scowl at the sun that makes it so nice to walk to a happy hour and take in all of the beautiful scenery, just before eating an outside dinner made by a world class chef. Ahhhhh….the horrors!

@@kimbloch6326 I already have on my business trips to the Valley My boss’s wife’s mom lives in Palm Desert, so I have been flying them to there for the last 5 years. The nice people is what makes the area really stand out as compared to other cities.
