We writers know so much about our plots, our worlds, our characters, and we often want to show the reader all of it, because we know it would add so much to the story! But a lot of the time, telling the reader everything can be so much more harmful than helpful. In this video, we're talking about how to be okay with missing information in your story--and why it's sometimes better to leave the reader wondering.

I like hints. There’s a series I read a long time ago - it’s old but it’s fun. The Belgariad by David Eddings. It’s a 5 book series. I was so enthralled I read them all in one week. It was such a fun story. There were hints all along and of course, by the end everything tied together. David Eddings wrote a second 5 book series which was a follow up to the Belgariad. I was never able to get into that series as much but The Belgariad I read every 3-4 years. My sister also loves it. So give us hints!!
