I am so glad to hear Miami University is changing its menu. Fun fact: The Volkswagen factory was absolutely famous among visitors for the typical Volkswagen sausage that was served at the canteen. They fortunately have cut it out and now serve a vegan sausage ❤️‍🔥🌱

Can you please do a video on gallstones? I feel like there is a lot of misinformation online about how they are formed, how to dissolve them, and just general good info on how the gallbladder functions/how that related to the rest of the body. Thank you!

I love this! Our daughter is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, we are vegan, and we have friends with celiac, so I have often thought it would be great to have a stash of universal recipes and baking supplies.❤ food allergies and cross contamination are so serious, thanks for putting some love and joy in there!

Dustin is SUCH a ray of sunshine, unbelievable! This duo truly makes my day! Also, this topic is awesome because if you’re a long-term vegan, you don’t even think about those tons of cruciferous veg and beans! But you find yourself struggling coming up with a meal as soon as friends are coming over who haven’t had legumes in years 😂 or are like „mhhh nah i can’t digest soy, i can’t eat that“

Wow, this is incredible. I have so many food sensitivities and allergies and I thought- no way. Well, after looking through all the recipes... besides carrots (which I can easily switch out to parsnips) I can eat ALL the recipes. I am so grateful and am excited to see where this all goes. Wouldn't it be incredible if these options were available at places like The Fresh Market and other grocery stores that have hot deli items as well? Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A friend of the family is an Allergist MD. I asked him if any of his patients are allergic to meat or fowl and he said no, that is almost unheard of. I asked then what are they allergic to and he said, they are allergic to wonderful wholesome plant based goodies like tree pollen, ragweed, mold from leaves, poison ivy, peanuts, citrus fruits, strawberries, high oxalate greens, soy products, gliadin, wheat gluten, nightshade vegetables, furocoumarins, natural bee stings.

I'm allergic to tomatoes, oats, spinach, blueberries and cramberries, grapes and olives and cinnamon, barley and other but they are from animals so I don't mine. I used to feel sick all the time until one day I couldn't breath.

Bro forgot chickpeas are a major allergen despite not being on the official top allergen list 💀 also if you separate shellfish or fish into their species they wouldn't make the list, just like how you separated chickpeas off from peanuts and other legumes, resulting in it not making the list

Never heard of this before. Why? And why are you still having people come on your show with recipes that do not include "universal" versions or options? If I weren't vegan already I would listen to your show and conclude that it's impossible for me to be vegan.
