AJ, I LOVE the idea of focusing on success stories at the next summit. They are always so inspirational and really give visual "in your face" evidence. The science is great, but seeing the results and hearing the stories is so effective. Thanks for all you do.

Thanks for this interview! I enjoy her practical approach and the idea of experimenting to make changes. I also really appreciated to ask yourself questions about why you ate something you really didn't want to, what triggered it and thinking about how to deal with that situation next time. I have 1 friend who has got on board with my starch diet eating and she's lost weight and inches and feels better. And it was encouraging to hear how you deal with being in a home, a relationship, with a spouse who eats the sad diet. I do all the cooking but my husband is fine eating whatever I make. I just make sure to add things with my way of eating that he likes, like fish or chicken, biscuits, etc. Thanks again. Great interview!

Chef AJ and Donna Lost - the Breville crisper pan that comes with the oven you both spoke of - is that a Teflon pan? Sometype of anti-stick coating? I'm trying to find out what it is. Thank you.
not sure what you are referring to w/ regards to the pan. feel free to clarify. I use the various breville functions ~ the air fry one is the one that generally can get food crispy. the breville comes w/ several pans ~ teflon round pan/pizza pan, a basket, etc. let me know if this doesn't help or answer your questions.
check out the functions... the one that has dehydrate as a function is I believe the most expensive. mine is the next one down. check out the functions... that may help you to decide.
