I’m decent at shooters, I played Doom at the hardest difficulty you could to start and it was a challenge I enjoyed and eventually beat. Unlocked Nightmare, struggled to finish the first level with imps ha. This was fun to watch and it made me laugh hearing how many times you never did anything the casual way.
doing 0% in 2016 and eternal makes the game feel like complete different games honestly especially 2016 , No upgrades 2016 is classic doom at this point with how much recource management you have to do lmao , and the editing off the vid is amazing i was laughintg non stop and that death from the hell knight getting out of the glory kill state is basicly how my UN runs die 99% of the time i try to glory kill but 2016 is like"No no no this isnt eternal , glory kills should be a gamble "
category names are all made up, there's just some commonly used ones like "any%" and "100%" that persist across games but always mean different things every time
it's very funny to hear any% man talk about what's "intended" when he can't clip to the exit switch well at least I'm glad you persevered through the challenge conditions and came out with at least a slightly more positive outlook about being outside of the skip & hop comfort zone! you really have to treat 0% as a whole different game compared to the power fantasy facerolling that D2016 eventually allows you to do starting from level 5
