Unfortunately Wanted wasn't streaming :/ We did end up playing against them again in losers bracket but we lost. Our main tank and hitscan players had to go and we ended up getting an off tank sub for main tank and our hitscan preferred to play sym. Unlucky. ggs

It’s weird to me they discussed countering doom techniques (because you were in their head and messing with their strategy) but didn’t pick better doom counters if they were so worried. IMO they should have used one person to keep as scout for you and when you rolled in everyone keeps focus on enemy team except the dps which should focus you. The tanks should be able to handle 5 or 6 seconds without dps. Idk, I watch flats and jay3 ml7 and wanted every now and again it you had them on the back foot a lot.
@@ImaFrakkinNinja Doom requires my team to play really fast or else we just get poked out and lose because doom has no range. We need them on the backfoot or else we lose. They're a brawl one trick team so I guess swapping off rein to play more poke wasn't an option for them.
@@ZBRA that makes a lot of sense. I main doom but solo queue so it’s almost impossible to get good plays because synergy has to be maxed out to be effective but no one cares to. I like seeing doom effective but he badly needs some adjustments.
@@EBG... He easily gets shut down by any stuns or boops, and a lot of the cast has those while bringing other things to the table. Some of these problems are alleviated by a Zarya bubble, but that can result in Zarya not having a bubble for the other tank or any teammate who might need it.
@@younis533 I'm thinking maybe Doom's indicator slam (E while it shows you the indicator) could act like D.Va's boosters, where the momentum will resume shortly after any knockback. That way if he gets booped during indicator slam, he wouldn't simply be at the mercy of the map geometry.

Love the content, and huge respect for ML7 at the very end giving "good luck" to the enemy team. True sportsmanship right there! Need more of this energy.
And if you don’t mind, maybe later on you could make a second channel for tank role. Or maybe upload a full game of tank every once in a while. I see you are a high level player on multiple roles and seeing you play other roles would be extremely interesting and informative... I’ll watch every video💯
The only editing that you would have to do for the tank games if you really want to would be edit out walking back after death. I even have a title for you “Top 500 Doomfist Destroys On Tank”😂😂 maybe not the best title but something similar would grab people attention.

@@ZBRA That makes sense, thank you for letting me know. I for one am more interested in you as player than just doom gameplay. So if you ever have a great game a tank and want to upload the whole thing(no need for highlights since you don’t play often) you count on someone to watch it. Keep up your grind.
@@nickyd7530 or hear me out they could fix his bugs and make him able to punch upwards like in the april fools ever so he has an easier time to set up his engages without being completely shut down or waste time trying to do rollouts because you didn't time things perfect and messed it up
I kinda feel ML7 when he said "I gotta sacrifice myself every time. Like, I could go Ana or Moira and survive but we need the lamp." Dude, same. Especially as a tank player in low elo, I feel like I have to take the punch even when I could easily avoid it because my team won't avoid it.
Get tracer off of that list and put McCree there pls... Tracer is fun and McCree is so stupid that it needs to be on that list since he also loves tp hop on cree

mL7 wasn't very good at bap so I was able to kill him pretty much every time. He swapped to ana or moira but bap is just better in the neutral in brawl. Wanted was good but bubble doom can be really strong if they aren't positioned well. Even without bubble if they aren't playing together in brawl doom is very good like at 12:40 where I 2v1 the ana cree without bubble. They needed to play together more imo.
They planned the entire tournament around our boy ! haha that was funny, that's what happen when you master one of the most difficult char in the game !
the face jay3 makes at 1 min 1:04 when he uses recall then steps right into telegraphed doom fist punch priceless . i know you guys play at a much higher bracket but damn that is some low bronze 0-1400 play right there .
Not really. He thought after he’d waited a bit and used recall he’d have lasted out the punch. He miss timed it though. Also he planned to dash past the doom but got caught mid blink

@@ZBRA okok. I remember doing the animation cancel and the entire uppercut animation wouldn't play, but I believe i'm outputting the same damage, so maybe they just patched the animation glitch because I'm still buffering inputs the same.
