Love these raw, objective videos. None of the evasive, high energy but empty videos that seems to rule RU-vid tutorials.

Great Video as always I love the Channel. Great setup We make a lot of doors for our shop and other cabinet shops. One thing to look into is a Glue called Jowat 110.60 it has 2-3min cure time. It has really speed up our cycle time and we don’t have to nail anything or move to secondary clamping. Once the next door is bulit we can remove one and it’s cured enough to stay together and ready to go on a drying rack. Thank you for the great content please keep sharing!!

When channels collide! I own my own print business and just started working for Stolbek Machines!!! Tyler, your brother has been a huge influence. I just started learning about one piece flow and The lean Brothers was at the top of my youtube search. Please make a video of the Cosmo when you can. Thank you and keep up the great work

After seeing all that goes into making a 5 piece door, I’m starting to wonder if it wouldn’t be cheaper to just mill a fake 5 piece door look from a solid piece on the CNC’s.

Love the clamp rack idea instead of pipe clamps or an uber expensive rotary clamp rack. Pinning doors always leaves them feeling just not quite proffesional, not to mention that they need to be filled or puttied.

A pneumatic clamp on the cope shaper would be faster than the mechanical one. Four 18 gauge brad nails nailed in the joints on the back of the door replace the giant clamp rack. If you're organized, there isn't anything wrong with stacks of parts.

The JLT panel clamp rack seems unnecessary unless you need to do glue ups for large quantities of stain grade raised panel doors..
