It was very moving to watch Sharon's parents place such beautiful flowers at her gravesite...and my admiration for Doris Tate knows no bounds with her courage and dignity over the years since her daughter's horrific death, to keep those responsible behind bars. God bless you, Mrs Tate, and your family.

This interviewer has a smirk on his face as he begins interviewing Doris Tate, as she is recounting the details leading up to the slaughter of her two beautiful angels..Sharon,her daughter and her precious unborn grandson..and he's got a smart ass smirk on his face? He's as sick as the murderers..I'm surprised when this was over Doris didn't slap his smirk right off his face...
@MrRJMGREEN
@MrRJMGREEN 10 лет назад
I think he was smirking with Doris because it was an inside joke between the two of them about how inaccurate her role in Helter Skelter was. I believe Bill Nelson and Doris were friends for awhile.

femaleonthecreek Ok cool. I am American too. I lived in the same part of L.A that the La Biancas lived in. I feel for the victims and their families. No amount of brainwashing could ever get me to kill people I didn't know. These killers had it in them to kill. Manson helped to release those homicidal tendencies in the killers. Doris Tate never looked at the crime scene photos. No mother would be able to.

I see that the late Doris Tate was curious about William Garretson. To me (and others I know) it has always been so very obvious that because the dogs ran back to Garretson from the main house unconcerned after hearing the visitors arrive (Tex Watson, Krenwinkel and Atkins alll reported seeing the dogs) he did not think anything sinister was underway. The LaBianca dogs also failed to make a big fuss when the Manson family members arrive.
@knoxx1111

I thought everything with the dogs and William weird too.
@PaulDoe79
@PaulDoe79 Год назад
That's strange because when Linda kasabian was brought back to the Tate house months later she saw the dogs barking and began crying. When the DA asked her why she was crying she pointed to the dogs and said "why couldn't they have been here that night"? I know that the killers played with and fed the Labianca dogs but never heard them discuss dogs at the Tate house

Just curious- narcotics were indeed found in the Polanski house (as opposed to none at the LaBianca residence), but is there any proof that the victims were actually high at the time the murderes arrived. Indeed, not doubting they weren't (it's been written that Frykowski was indeed near the end of a weeks-long experimentation with MDA at the time) as it does seem likely but was just curious about the facts, that's all.

Um. I beg to differ. Had there not been a Charles Manson giving the orders, NONE of those murders would have happened because there would have been no followers. He is just as, if not MORE guilty than the ones who did the murders.

Tex, Susan, Patricia, and Linda were not smart enough to pull off such a organized well thought out crime! Only Manson had the criminal background and ability to control the minds of these drug induced young followers he called his "family"..they worshipped Manson and wanted to prove their loyalty to him by committing these murders of innocent but upper class victims..aka PIGS.
