Doris Tate, In Her Own Words - Part 2

Doris Tate, mother of Sharon, speaks to Bill Nelson (Who is about as wooden as a door post) about the murders, the paroles etc.
NOTE that Doris confirms that the LAPD notified Paul Tate first, contradicting Debra Tate's story that she notified her father. (Another one of Debra's lies exposed)
Sadly, Doris refers to Abigail and Wojciech as "those people" (those people who stayed behind to look after her heavily pregnant daughter)

I would really like to know what all was going on at that house, while Roman and Sharon were in Europe. Sharon was apparently not happy with what all was happening there upon her return. She was so bothered that even mentioned it to her mother. And seems she was still quiet close with Jay (although I think he and Voytek were involved in some sketchy activities). So that just leaves Voytek and Abigail. And I am not trying to bash any of the victims. They in no way deserved the horrible abrupt ends to their lives. But after hearing Doris say that Sharon was not happy with the new environment at Cielo, there were definitely some bad vibes going on. I have just always felt there was more to this than the Helter Skelter motive. And maybe even more than the Terry Melcher connection. Just not sure what. And Tex (although his word is mud) has even said there is much more to it all. But of course he doesn’t elaborate. And I do think the girls were in the dark about any other motives. And they did believe it was for Helter Skelter or to help free Bobby. But they went along with it all. So all these murderers are right where they should be and stay, Charlie took anything else to his grave. So if there is more, doubt we’ll ever know.

@@randystroder7676 yes, that’s true. But I was referring more to the silly question the interviewer asked. I imagine this bothered Debra quite a bit!

This interviewer's questions seem a bit insensitive and calculated to provoke. "Better than Tex Watson?" You can tell she's a bit taken aback by that.

Nice to hear about the victims in life. They were overshadowed by these killers trying to be more relevant. What a hero she is for being selfless by helping many people inmates by telling her story. Great mom. Bugliosi should have given every dollar To the victims families from his book By the way didn't even talk to the families yet told their story? That's unbelievable. Cold and very hurtful to families.

Love Doris Tate. Even though I think Manson himself was not guilty of the crimes he was convicted of ( Doris Tate mentioned this in another interview - she said he wasn't the responsible one), she was an amazing woman. RIP

AH creep for putting this poor woman through more pain. She should never have had to spend her whole life trying to keep those butchers in jail. No justice for the poor victims or their families. Just a sick system we have called parole. I've seen criminals get out and kill again.

Poor lady had so much heartache to deal with at this time I'm sure she did think that she could have lost another daughter how dare he say did she no the house in cello drive as well as tex Watson then laugh? He's so rude.. does Deborah ever think about it?( meaning the crime?) Unbelivable questions. Why does he laugh at ever questioned that pulls Sharon's personality down.? Horrid guy This guy is nasty stuff... He missed out on saying that SHARON WAS BEAUTIFUL.

This whole Manson thing fascinated me! But ppl worship Manson and I hate it. I actually think he's funny and smart. And cold hearted. Don't give me the " he didn't kill anyone" BS. He brainwashed innocent kids ( some not so innocent, but certainly would never have killed w o Manson) I really really hope Doris, Sharon and Paul are together in peace w Jesus Christ

Tex Watson was a drug dealer befroe he met Manson as was Linda Kasabian. Susan Atkins had a criminal record before she met Manson, these were no innocent kids.
