🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️Chocolate chiffon cake
4 Large eggs (60-65g/each with shell)
Cake flour 60g
Cocoa powder 20g
Hot water (70C) 35g
Vegetable oil 45g
Milk 50g
Caster sugar 60g
Lemon juice
☘️Chocolate cream filling
Cream (heating) 25g
Dark chocolate 25g
Cream (whipping) 150g
Icing sugar 12g
☘️Crunchy chocolate coating
Dark chocolate 100g
Coconut oil 45g
Crushed nuts 35g
* Preheat oven to 150C/300F
* Bake at 150C/300F for 20 mins, then turn to 160C/320F and bake for 13 mins

☘️**預熱烤箱至150C/300F
** 150C/300F烘烤20分鐘, 然後轉160C/320F烤13分鐘
