Is everyone that has MINOR children entitled to death benefits FOR THE CHILDREN if a parents dies? My ex-husband (we were together for 15 yrs) and I separated when my daughter was 8. He never paid child support and believe me I pursued it relentlessly (I swear he was sleeping with someone at the Dept. of Revenue or somehing because I'm the only case I know where they knew where he was at & chose to do nothing time & time again; I first did it through our divorce putting that if he didn't spend time with her then I wanted child support and he was very animated about his 'miracle' child as we thought we both were going to struggle to have one before our daughter was born, but I couldn't get the court to enforce that...lawyer or not as I did it both ways). She was definitely planned even more so by him as I was nervous about my health (our daughter also has health issues, some inherited from me but that's how he initially love bombed me as I had no one to help me after I lost my last family member at age 17; I only had her because of my health issues because I would only have my best chance in my early 20s and I wanted to do everything right). His wife (2 years after me so no cheating as we never crossed paths once; she has MS similar to what I have but I have a few other severe limitations now too so he love bombed her as I guess that's obviously his MO is to go after women with major health needs) has been with him the same time lenghth where she instantly had one child, then another 3 yrs later, then a third over 7 years later at the time of his death due to a post-op that went bad when he returned to the hospital. She's suing the hospital and told my daughter (who she only got close to because my daughter was the only surviving related next of kin who had reached majority age) that she is not getting ANY survivor benefits for my daughter's half-siblings. Is that true as her children are age 15, 12 & 5 (this was last year)? I know it stops when they reach age 18 because I dated someone whose father died (his parents were divorced) when he was fifteen and he was afforded survivor benefits (also his sister for a year at age 17) that definitely helped pay for his college. Any answers (please be positive or just scroll by) would REALLY be appeciated as I really want to know the truth!

Perhaps she doesn't remember. Could have been a drunken one night thing that she's blanked out. Someone she regrets sleeping with to the point they don't even exist in her head anymore. She looked genuinely confused. Remember this was 36 years ago. I struggle to remember a week ago. When you look back on memories, you're remembering the last time you remembered, and when feelings are involved (as she said, she was in love with him), I imagine it's be easy to focus on that for 36 years and have no doubt.

It was the information from the tallest sister ..She was so determined for it not to be her brothers child.. When the result was read she kept looking straight ahead..She only clapped as a copy mechanism.Theres no joy in her eye's at all. She has no affection for the mother at all.

The sisters on this show come across as the most emotionally incestuous people I've ever seen in my life. Almost every time a sister appears on PC on her brother's behalf, the amount of animosity they have toward the baby mama is off the charts! Some of them act WORSE than jealous exes.

I thought the baby looked like her daddy’s baby photo, but when they put up the side by side pics of the grandma, there was no doubt that was his child. I would love to see the grandma’s baby pics. I’m happy Ms. Marcellus’ truth was established. She handled herself with grace and in a mature manner. The sisters could learn a lot from her. They both were so disrespectful to her, it was hard to watch. They’re just “mean girls” and I hope that changes for the sake of this precious child. Plus, they’re “Three against one” theory had me in stitches! 😂 DNA don’t lie, no matter how many against the “one.”

Chloe, it's too soon. If you know when you ovulate, you can find out approx after 2 weeks. To have enough hormones to have symptoms takes 6 weeks.
