This is a fun double kettlebell workout that works the entire body! Try it 20 seconds each exercise 5 rounds (30 seconds rest between each round, 10 seconds rest between each exercise).
- Squat press rotation
- Single press
- Double kettlebell swing
- Double kettlebell snatch
- Deadlift
- Front squat
- Alternate single rows
- Front lunges
