Something I get asked a lot and I struggled myself in the past is how to not bruise your forearms while doing a kettlebell clean. First, it's important to learn how to do a single arm swing using your glutes and your abs, then add a high row at the end of your swing, then learn to rotate the kettlebell around your hand with the help of your other hand.
Remember the Kettlebell has to be close to you before you start rotating it around your hand.
