Here, in just 4 minutes, you get a better understanding, and it's much more applicable. If you combine this with muscle testing to check if you have a limiting belief, confirm that it has been removed, and ensure that a new belief has been properly integrated, then this is the perfect method.

I feel like Dr. Grayson's videos, though very important for our mental wellness, are not given titles that summarise the essence of the videos. this video for instance could have been named "easy technique to switch from beta brainwaves to alpha brainwaves to drop limiting beliefs" to convey the content of the video better, and as a result, garner more views, which is what I'd like to see.
