Ein wunderbarer Arzt, er sagt, was wirklich gut für den Menschen ist, denn er hat sehr viel Wissen / Weisheit, ich ernähre mich genauso, mit 16 Wurde ich Sportler, von da an achtete ich extrem auf meine Ernährung, in 2. Tagen werde ich 60, und bin extrem fit, betreibe mittlerweile auch Rennradsport, der mir viel Freude macht, davor viele andere Leistungssportarten. Ernährung, viel Sport und gute Regeneration, halten den Menschen jung, frisch und fit bis ins höchste Alter.!!!!!!! Jeder sollte so leben, dann gäbe es keine Pharmaindustrie mehr.!!!!!!

@@rfon3158 Totally agree with you! Washing, soaking and rinsing vegetables are good ways to remove dirt and chemicals. Buying organic food or growing your own are great options to ensure clean and healthy food. 🌿🥦👌

Oy. Even if you ate no organic whole plant foods the benefit from a high whole plant diet way offsets the possible risk from not washing your foods properly. Just stop with the worry about pesticides. Wash your produce. Simple as that.
