should have tried to take the nightvision with you maybe then if you have it equipped and toggle debug camera you could see the layout of backrooms

Won't work on 7.0 but as far as I am aware on any ver with the old base just climb the tower ladder a bit then use the debug teleport (period key on the number pad, while not listed on the bind menu pre-7.0 it always had been part of the game) and it will always take you to the backrooms.

9:00 the command is "nextviewmode" to change the lighting mode, type it in a couple of times to get to fullbright. The command seems to need the game to be paused through UUU hotkey for the first imput, afterwards it works anytime(I think?? It just feels very inconsistent to me)

Going to the transformer with a ton of trash and going to the back heap and using the broom can sometime cause you to fall into the pile, burying you. Therefore noclipping you.

I once tried climbing in the vents with a pickaxe and was hitting things and got teleported. It was so scary lol. I had no idea where I was.

The maze is procedural generated and contains nothing (except for ambient sound and here and there an item, like a bone). It was just a 'joke'/wink. Something for the player to 'enjoy' whenever he got bugged out/clipped, instead of crashing the game instantly. Since a lot of clipping bugs have been fixed in v0.7 you're not suppose to get there anymore. But I guess it is still there since it is still an alpha version.

i still remember how i accidentally clipped into the backrooms while climbing into the vents i was so confused how i managed to do it so effortlessly when it took me two hours to try to get it in the old base

If that UE4 program has it, try a command for fullbright. Might help see stuff in the dev cam.

There is a vent in the bedroom and it looks like it goes somewhere. I saw another youtuber take the vent off and didn't go in. Can u look/go inside it

Turning Graphics to the lowest and boosting gamma can help quite a bit with dark environments. (Althought it probably has more to do with the shadow options)

For me, at least, teleporting anywhere with UUU noclipped me, but it might be a skill issue of cursor positioning

The easiest way to do this is to go onto the computer, then hit the debug button. Boom instant!

For a FULLBRIGHT like command in UE4 I am p sure it is "viewmod unlit"

Just curious do you keep the lamp after reloading back into the game? Or is there any way to keep the backrooms lamp?
