Spoilers perhaps: For Fire Rune try using explosive barrel at TR_0. The Water Slab floats try hooking the rock to it and sending it down river. Hook rock to ground then put a nail in it to attach 4 balloons then release it for Air Rune. And you seem to have the right idea for getting the Earth Rune.
Dude, if you get two more Kerfur Omegas, you could get them to fix the transformers AND servers while getting reports :D I think I'm gonna try my hand getting all three omegas, plus the special skins!
I assume this far into the future you probably understand better than I - but my understanding has always been that as you go down the stairwell you end up so far away from the map origin that objects can't exist and, probably, float imprecision causes the objects back in your base to experience a bunch of phantom forces so they end up scattered (this kind of thing happens in a lot of games when you move really really far out from the part of the map where things are designed to function)

To explain the 312.6 fuel level at around (57:30) the event happened where your ATV, or as i call it, Quad teleported on the bridge, filling it up to 312.6 fuel, this might be a bug, this might be intentional but i have no idea, at least you have a ton of fuel in your Quad so you don't have to worry about it anymore.
was wondering if you knew this? But you can actually stack the drive boxes neatly in the lockers. And also with keeping the doors open, I think you have to use the keypad for that.
Does the glowstick light also cast a cone like that through a door? If so, you should turn off the hallway lights and replace them with white glowsticks for better mood lighting.
