Not only does Dr. Phil exploits mentally ill children and adults who have been traumatized and continually denies the abuse accusations that are so obvious at these troubled youth ranch’s especially but certainly not limited to turnabout ranch. His methods have been proven to not work time and time again, and many child psychologists and even MDs have called him out.
If you grow up around toxic people its really as he described it all it can take is one time for all your triggers to come through and downhill you go unless you are very-very aware and even then its hard, its similar to addictions where someone has a relapse, but I guess in this case the worst case scenario was to her unfortunate benefit, maybe she will use it to take care of her mental health.

@Diamond Beau Because Danielle was like 13 when she attended Dr. Phil, and we saw how easily her behavior could be changed for the better but once she united with her mother again she returned to this arrogant mentality, I say it's the mothers fault since she was the one who raised Danielle and encouraged her to act like this.

He really is! Lol. When he first became a thing, people thought he was whacky because he was "mean" and big-headed. (Granted a LOT of psychologists tried to mimick his style superficially, which was just awful on so many levels, lol). But I got on this kick where I was always baited by his videos, and I came to really like him. I mean, the show can still be silly, but he's a rational dude. Humble, indeed. He's also just really good at *not* being a cringey person. So.
Ive watched Dr. Phil for years but I must say, seeing you relaxed and having a man to man conversation with Joe, gave me more insight into your education and thought process than any of your shows. Wish you were more relaxed and down to earth on your show. All of your shows start out as you being a hard ass then you come back as a therapist. I see that in every type show nowadays. Take your tie off and have a genuine conversation with your guests like Joe Rogan does.

I know where we COULD find them. Would it kill Dr Phil's show if he had some cancer researchers or similar people, once every month or so ? Even just in a brief segment. He can keep the rest of the freakshow running, but if he honestly believes good causes like cancer or Alzheimer's research isn't getting enough attention - surely it's up to HIM to help fix that right ? Since he has a TV show. (And presumably, considerable influence as to which guests come on that TV show.)
