@@Krystal620 Being in Keto and IM Fasting for over 2 years never had that need - I started with the basic moving from cutting out carbs then increasing leafy greens doing fasting and later moving to KETO. All the information is available on RU-vid and. Books. If you are persistent there's not need to give away your money - you can do it
