In my successful attempt at getting past here, I raised four of the platforms, and used a careful spin dash to leap over to the exit platform to reach the boss.
You unlock Expresso Lane Zone when you unlock the Flash Cup. I found out that you can also get to the bridge with a full power Spin Dash; you don't need to race against CPUs to get to the boss. There's also a Spring item hidden behind a chocolate waterfall halfway though the track that you can also get with a full power Spin Dash.
Thank you so much. I'm literally going insane trying to get the last few challenges and I have NO idea what to do, this helped me a bunch. There's three more that I haven't gotten, "On ???, finish in good standing" "Play a melody for the ancient shrine in ???" and "Get 100% of Courses" and like I got all the cups though? The game even gave me a reward for getting 100% of the Cups? Am I going insane am I crazy??? Are there more secret levels than Test Track??? Edit: I did it. Without spoiling it...it's something you can only get in Lap 3 of Mystic Cave.
I'm not sure if it's intentional, but I'm glad that I could return to this map with "map adventure -gametype versus" in the console instead of having to go to Espresso Lane Zone again.
Say what you will about Ring Racers, but between our bestie Ring the Racer and this Blend Eye or whomever? Yeah, this game's secrets all feel like secrets you'd find in SRB2 Version 2.1 or the SUGOI Trilogy. (Retyped because I mistakenly replied to someone else's comment.)
Thanks for this; any idea what the last sexret achievement is? The one grid space that remains darkened despite having all the ones surrounding it (on your grid its to the left of the survive challenge at 0:28)
match race allows you to set whatever items you want, but you need to have a bot for them to properly appear on the roulette. you can set the springs that way.
