As much as I love Dr.Sebi. You still need to eat meat. Chicken, goat, and fish are fine. Your suppose to follow your ancestors diet. Look into where your people are from, and follow their diet it is tuned to your DNA. I was vegetarian for 4 years didnt feel 100% ever, tried numerous different foods and stuff and always felt tired. Started eating meat and literally almost immediately felt better and stronger within a week. Dont over eat, our ancestors never over ate on meat. Use common sense!
