And here is a tip drop tires pressure to 20psi. Get to the burn out box turn the car off. Turn it back on hold traction off for 5 sec. then put it into sport to do burnout. Leave all the setting off. Then manual shift it on the shifter not the paddles. Slight lag between the paddles vs shifter
It's all in the 60ft. You're spinning all through 1st and the first 30ft of the 60ft. Drop tire pressure lower. Get a lil roll in the tire. Also some drag radials would help. You need heat in your tires as well. Skipping the burnout isn't helping. Just trying to help. Good luck drag racing. You'll have that 12 soon.
I managed a 12.1 at 114 in some high elevation. Tune 93 stock tire. I recently did a pure turbo/titan motor sport down pipe and meth on a 305 Mickey. Going back for my 10sec pass
@@Alvesr2099 not sure on 9s but definitely mid to low 10's also depends if he changes his tires for the 1/4 mile. I think if he changes tires and does some weight reductions. Muffler/seats/subs then he'll most likely be in the 9's that's around 140 lb off.
It's a stock run. Keeping everything as close to stock including tire pressure and fuel tank 3/4 full is much more accurate than trying to get a quick time by weight reduction. 13.03 is great, the MKIV was a 13.1 car just slightly heavier so this makes sense
