@@Babamarcus2632 that’ll be when Broly can control his Legendary form but he can only control it by focusing his hatred into his opponent. Meaning that if he doesn’t have one he’ll just start fighting everyone that he sees He needs to only use it when truly necessary and when he does he becomes so brutally sadistic he’s unrecognizable… unless you’ve seen any of the original DBZ Broly movies That way you can have the best parts of Z and Super Broly’s characters. I think it’s a good balance of the two extremes. And it would show the true balance of order and chaos inherent to the Legendary Super Saiyan

But I think both can by applied to what I came up with. “Devil Awakened” to portray this sadistic side of the usually calm Broly when fighting someone. And “Demonic Destruction” to show when Broly doesn’t have an opponent or he kills the one he had. And without someone to channel his wrath into he goes beserk and attacks his allies just for the cardinal sin of existing
this why Z broly's later film appearances are so fucking lame making his only dialogue "kakarot" implies that hes gone fucking braindead and DOESNT know what he's doing. and isnt the whole reason that he fights goten just that mistakes him for goku? and bio broly is basically a zombie... thats just... really lame. fighterz characterized broly well, cause he clearly knows what hes doing and is willing to quip about it and stuff. its great
The sheer different tones from broly z and broly super really describes their character. Broly z's heavy metal with a man singing in a angry and deep voice shows a song of merciless destruction. Broly super's on the other hand has ocestra playing in some part with a woman singing in a holy tone showing that the song is a sympathetic yet uncontrollable destruction. Both broly themes have similarities but never near the same.
@@lxxdccvii3740 Maybe Super Broly gets even bigger when going Legendary, but you can see when Super Broly attacks Frieza (Chest to chest) he's probably about three feet taller than Frieza. Goku is, in turn about two feet taller than Frieza. Because of the DBS: Broly artstyle, the character's heights are incredibly variable and don't stay consistent. There's a picture online of the cast of Z Broly on a height chart drawn by Yamamuro, one of the lead artists of Dragon Ball Z. Goku doesn't even come up to Z Broly's pectorals. Its the image first result if you google "Z Broly height" So yeah, Z Broly is like nine feet tall and Super Broly is only about six.
@@OGXenos yea but keep in mind that scene with broly beating on frieza has broly in regular ssj so he is the same height as his base, not lssj and also golden frieza is significantly taller than his final form. However after looking at pictures of z broly compared to goku and such, I think z broly is bigger I just googled it and super broly and z broly are apparently the same height but z broly towers over him if they are in base

@@thaa1552 the backstory’s a lot better then anyone gives it credit for. Broly has PTSD of getting stabbed by King Vegeta. And his memory associates Goku’s crying with the pain of getting stabbed. This triggers Broly to his core as the pain comes back to him. Causing him to lose his mind in pure uncontrollable rage The Legendary Super Saiyan has PTSD of the time he almost died. The presence of the man he deems responsible for his pain triggers his trauma breaking him down as he loses control of his power. That is totally a garbage backstory that doesn’t show the pain of Broly’s character and the reason he’s such a psychopathic, sadistic, and nihilistic madman that’ll kill anyone on sight There’s absolutely no good writing here what so ever… totally
@Thaa15 To be fair, the movies didn't do a good job at connecting the events around Planet Vegeta's destruction to Goku. So a lot of fans connect the dots for the movies. But still, it's not a stretch to see why Broly is the way he is. Especially when you remember that the Super Saiyan transformation causes its user to be filled with utter rage and hatred. Goku when he first transformed regressed back to how he was before hitting his head- sadistic and violent. Then consider that what Goku had was essentially the watered down version of BROLY'S power. Broly is granted even greater strength and thus greater levels of emotional turmoil. He really is rage and sadism incarnate in this form. And it gets deeper because this is EXACTLY what a Super Saiyan is. Saiyans aren't good people, they're bags of muscle, bloodlust and battle hunger that are so primal they revert to MONKEYS as their main method of power. So of course the creature worshipped as the pinnacle of Saiyankind is nothing but pure rage and destruction. It's not just because 'protag' that Goku is Broly's main opponent- Goku is a refutation of everything that Broly embodies. He actually made something of his battle hunger and rage beyond mindless sadism.
Because the DBS Broly whooped his ass for 3 hours straight. In case anybody who looks at this starts wondering, Fusion lasts 30 minutes & has an hour cooldown.
