I love the difference between this and the unnamed Red Ribbon Army song. The first one is from the titular army's perspective, reveling in their evil and destructive actions. it's heavy and oppressive and DRIPPING with evil gloating. but this song's different. it's heroic. It's triumphant. It's not from the army's perspective. It's from the boy who made an enemy of the world's biggest NGO just by outmanuevering them at every turn. from the boy who made a friend in their greatest weapon. from the boy who saw them take a child's father away from him. From the boy who decided in his heart, "The Red Ribbon dies today."
