Collecting pollen from my dragon fruit flower and trying to cross pollenate. Then a look at tree that might be another Brazilian Grape variety, plus a possible Wampee tree. Sub-tropical backyard in Whangarei, New Zealand.
Good luck with the dragon fruit pollination. That does look like it might be a Wampee tree, very exciting if it is. Hopefully, it flowers and fruits for you so you can confirm 🤞
Thanks Peter, I just realised I had put the wrong title on the video lol. This did make me learn a new trick and now I know how to edit it. No sign of any fruits from the Wampee tree and its been really hot here, I was hopeful but maybe next year.
Ok I have crushed the leaf and smelt it, it doesn't really smell like anything (it did make me sneeze), I also smelt the orange tree beside it and it wasn't the same as that.
