That Riddle Tree around where Valencia stands gives pretty good weapons as well but you have to be in high levels to get to use it. The answer to the riddle is "skeleton". Hope that helps! :)

If you take the path connecting oaklore to lady celestia in book 3, theres gonna be a rope on the right side of the bridge, click it and talk to the lady down there, she gives you a quest that gives access to a pretty nice thunder scythe that goes from lv 10-80, costs gold and is non-DA. The quest also gives you a dimensional shard which you can trade to the black market moglin in falconreach to get the ultra omniknight blade which is one of the best light weapons. And you can stay upgrading it with omni-essences which he also sells you for free
I upgraded my destiny weapon as much as I could and I’m level 35 right now, it looks like even up to level 60 the other weapons aren’t gonna be much better than it
You ca get a good stone weapon from the "Thorn" quest line just talk to ash in book 3. When you beat the boss of the quest line u can eather buy the weapon u want with Dragon Coins or keep redoing the boss battle until you get it for free.
