@@unsalted_computer I don't know for certain, it just has that feel. The quest is called The Point of No Return, after all. But the Rose questline is the main story of Book 3 and I can feel that we're entering the climax of the Rose questline. There's probably going to be a Book 4 (though I have no insider knowledge on that so take my words with a grain of salt), and there's still other questlines in Book 3 that aren't complete yet. Six Heroes, for one.
@@unsalted_computer According to Verly, we are nearing the end of the main story line of Book 3. There is still of bunch of loose ends such as ongoing side quests and an unreleased armor.
Lol Jaania really just showed how insane she had become. Also wish we can finally have some progress is Soul Weaving and more development with Aegis, cause surely Soul Weaving is gonna play a very important part in this Finale.
So akanthus is like belle or something? He doesnt have a filter or he has one but is disconected so he cant be harmed by lore magicks? I remember that back in AQ warlic discovered the X element something like void magic or something of sorts or a divine element i wonder if this will be playing in this DF and warlic will use it create something that will finally kill akanthus or if tomix brother will appear and use fleshweaving to affect akanthus i have this feeling that fleshweaving might work...still waiting for that armor btw i might get doomknight before it....RELEASE IT ALREADY ARTIX DEVS!!!!!!
Quite the opposite. Everyone is connected to lore, but not fully due to filter. Belle is fully connected with the lack of a filter. Akanthus....is simply not connected at all. Zero. Truly an otherworldly existence
It really does not feel like the finale . The last rift is still open Akanthus still hasn't completed his master plan . Lore hasn't been affected yet no epilogue this just feels like the beginning of the book 1 climax right before Seppy attacked Falconreach . How could the last rift be a loose end? what was the point of spending months to close the rifts if they were just loose endsWith that logic would making Wargoth turn into warlic again just be a loose end . Sorry for complaining just felt I had to type this
Jaania trusts Akanthus and that will be her end I think. Like Caitiff killed Valtrith, Akanthus will finish Jannia but I wonder how we will stop Akanthus...
Your comment helped me figure it out. Drakath, Possibly. But then, Magus Neron of Amityville book 3 said, he met Akanthus the Day SMUDD ate the sun. At that time, Drakath was inside the Smudd.
@@YashRaj-dz5fj He has connections to the magisterium but that’s as far as we know I think ? Either way, my hype is so far high and I wished I get to know more about him as soon as possible.
Argh! Alteon came out!!! But why not SEPULCHURE! best thing, Sepulchure absorbs the device. Becomes his full power again. In the end. At the Fissure, It's revealed ETERNAL DRAGON OF TIME CAME AROUND. Hero beats Akanthus, But Eternal dragon of time is Slayed. Leading to a Time Loop! Back to Book 1 A hero is bored, we go!
What I'm most eagerly looking forward to: who's the man behind Akanthus's mask? It's been half a decade and we still don't know who he is and what his true motives are.

@@saianvesh3753 It could be Sobieslav but then wtf happened to Sobieslav that he ended up becoming fully immune to magic and disconnected from the fundamental rules of the world???
