If I add the numbers up correctly, the battery lasted over a day and a half despite constant and heavy use of a type that one would not normally do with a phone of this type. If so, that's outstanding!. 0
I'd say closer to 1 day (24 hour period) but I was hammering the phone, so I'd argue it was pretty good. It's probably pretty rare people are going to be filming 20 minute videos!
Hello, really enjoyed with your vedeos. I just got this phone, and I think my battery drains faster. Do you have any recommendations with that? Also, if I need to take your battery as a standard to know if mine is okay or not, the total screen on time you mentioned in this video is about 4 hours with some apps, can I use the same apps and see if the phone survive the exact same time? Last thing, there was an idea came to my mind, to buy another battery and just carry it with my full charged, and if the phone battery dead, I just need to switch to another one. The powerbanks is not preferred as the phone charging speed is very low also its way more heavy than the battery. And if you okay with this idea, do you know how can we get such a battery? Thanks in advace and sorry for all of these questions.
Hi, given you're good with this phone I am hoping you can help out. I am having trouble getting the internet to work when using mobile data. However, wifi, calls, and texting seem to work. Any advice on how to trouble shoot this? My carrier is ATT and I am hoping to be able to use maps etc. when not connected to wifi. Thank you and great video!
To my knowledge, no one has made any accessories for the pogo pins on the cat s22. You'd need: A 3D printer, soldering iron, some old chargers laying around. Someone has created a mock up here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:6350507
@@DumbphonesUK I have a lot of distraction with my smartphone. So I would like to switch my phone. All i need a map, music and WhatsApp. And 1 day full battery backup
Try and see if you can use a penny or other small coin to uncrew the cover. Looks like the screws that are meant to be unscrewed by pennies. If true the only tool you need is a penny. (or a fingernail.
Mine would drain far too quickly even after I hadn’t had it for very long. I searched for a while and found out that putting it into airplane mode and connecting it to WiFi really improves battery life. It lasts much longer that way. So I would highly recommend using it in that mode when you’re in a place where you can use WiFi. You just need to unselect airplane mode when you want to go back to data.
What are you trying to get out of your phone? If you want to use it less but have a phone capable of most smart phone features, yep. It’s a great phone.
I got it a couple days ago and I'm very disappointed.. It doesn't support external memory as it claims, I'm using a SanDisk 128g SD and it wouldn't let me use it, had to reset the phone with the SD in and now basically every app crashes
