I lived by the beach for 2 months and it was to hot. The mountains are much cooler but that looks like a dream home for someone, and it is the first expensive place that has been on You Tube that is worth the price. Your camera goes out of focus constantly but is still an excellent job of showing the house and I am sure that it will rent quickly

Open that little place sell drinks and focus on only 2 or three items chicken tenders and fish n chips n rice chicken adobo put a shelter on the patio and some chairs on the beach. Nice place ! and price is right

Thank you for the house tour, guys! I really enjoyed it! I remember back in 2001 when my ex-wife and I were looking for a land to buy in Ormoc to build our house on, I said to her: "I want either a beach lot with a view of the ocean or a mountain lot with a panoramic view of a valley, a town, the ocean or whatever is down there." My wife vetoed both ideas. She said: "If you're on the beach you risk being flooded and if you're on a mountain you risk becoming victim to a landslide." What she said made sence and we ended up buying a lot which was elevated and far enough from the sea to be protected from tsunamis and far enough from a mountain range in the back not to have to worry about landslides, but which didn't have a view. This being said, I would still like to live by the beach, but only as a tenant, not as an owner. If you're a tenant and the place gets flooded or partially whiped away by a tidal wave, you just move on. If you're the owner, you need a lot of money for repair or reconstruction.

It’s a nice spot guys! As Gary said the outside is really great. Can have lots of activities there. The outdoor patio is very nice. That upper balcony. 😊 Awesome.

It's pretty nice, but too close to the ocean when a typhoon hits.

Saturday, July 6, 2024 ☁️ 🌥️ ☁️ Wow, what a grand house! 🌴 🏡 🌳 It has so many large rooms, a nice porch and it is next to a beach! 🌊 🏖️ With climate change bringing more storms and stronger storms, and also a rising ocean, I would not buy a house next to an ocean beach. Great house & lot! What is the asking price???

This property requires a lot of alterations to make it a nice house. It has no character or design features . It is only it location that adds a little value to it. It is not worth 40,000 p a month as it is.

do you have anything smaller? It's just the two of us. Also, they should clean those garbage on the beach in front of the property.

Beach or landfill? 10x more tourists go to other SE Asian countries because PH has so much trash. PH is almost the fewest number of tourists despite the advantage of more English speakers. I have no idea why a person would rent a beach house in PH at any price.
