This seems to be typical a foreigner spends too much money and there is no ROI. Why else would they just finish a renovation and sell? Again foreigners cant own property unless a company and then you can only own 40%. there’s a reason why these foreigners are dumping these expensive properties they overspent and you’ll never get your money back. This is only good for someone who just enjoys the lifestyle and has money to blow. The cost to operate these places, including maintenance personnel, electrical, etc., etc. far exceeds exceed return on investment at these prices.

Nice place, lots of upgrades... Mirrors everywhere Haha...I remember the days (pre OnlyFans build likely -😆)...I was a big fan of mirrors... Now the fewer mirrors the better - I'm old! Who wants to look at that every minute??? 😜 Overall... Out of my budget and directly on the beach (looking for more land area close to the beach I can create my own paradise) but some good ideas for the future build... High tide the sea water is a few feet from the resto grounds During a storm surge, the resto n the rest of the ground wud be flooded Shoutout fr Wall Street, Manhattan, NYC!!!

That area does experience a lot of tidal surge during high tide. Most properties around there have sea walls.

@@dumaguetedreaming seawalls are useless since in the video, u cud see that the seawater is almost only two to three feet below the resto ground on high tide What more if there is a storm surge!!! Shoutout from Wall Street, Manhattan, NYC!!!

$2k is the rental income from both apartment buildings. The restaurant is located in a popular tourist attraction in this area. Unfortunately, I can't provide exact numbers publicly.

Just to remind you Guys. Philippine Constitution does not allow Foreigners to own a Piece of Land in the Philippines. The only way Foreigners can own Land if they are married to a Pilipino Citizen, but the Land Title is under the name of the Pilipino Spouse. And of course thru Leasehold. Foreigners can own Condos, Vehicles and Appliances but never a piece of land.
