how does the Dreamcloud Premier compare to the Sealy Copper II or the Beautyrest Harmony Lux Carbon? What would be your choice?

What is too heavy for this mattress. I remember hearing you say the 250lb range? Do you think sub 180-200 would be a good fit?

Hi Kieran -- Thanks for your question. That's exactly how much Mike weighs, so when he speaks about his own experience on this mattress or people his size, that should be a good indicator for that weight range. If you're asking about people lighter than that, he speaks to that as well. In short though, we had more concerns about heavier people on this mattress than lighter people. I am 5'8 160lbs and I have a herniated disc in the L5 area which is your lower back.. Also, i am a side sleeper and most of all a stomach sleeper. I am looking for a firm to medium firm mattress.. What are your thoughts and concerns on the Dream Cloud Premium or any other memory foam mattress that are for stomach sleepers ???

Hi and thanks for the question. Have you seen our written pages on each mattress we review? There, we include a detailed ratings breakdown for different sizes of people/sleep positions -- just find your weight range and main sleep positions, and you'll see our rating for that. We do this for all mattresses we've reviewed, so you can compare apples to apples. Here is our page for the DreamCloud: www.goodbed.com/reviews/dreamcloud-mattress-review/ You'll see that for a person of your weight, as a stomach sleeper, we don't think the DreamCloud is the best choice since it has deeper cushioning depth than average -- meaning your hips are probably going to sink down too much. If you really like the feel of memory foam, have a look at our review for the Puffy mattress. Would you recommend dream cloud premier or brooklyn aurora for 6' 180 lb combo sleeper with right side hip pain due to disc

Those pages include our detailed ratings breakdown for different sleeper types / weights, so you can compare our scores for your predominant position/weight. I'm personally a combo sleeper as well, but I tend to sleep mainly on my side, so that's where I focus. You might be different though. Is weight factor different depending on height? I am 230 but 5'8. Wouldn't compression be higher for a more compact individual?

Hi there -- Thanks for your question. Yes, there is certainly some truth to this. Given your combination of height and weight, I'd suggest you follow our advice for folks 250+. Is this a bed in a box?

Yes, DreamCloud mattresses are compressed and rolled before being shipped in a box.

I bought a new Dream Cloud mattress in October. Now there is a large hole/dip where I sleep. It is even worse when I lay on it. Company is balking at refunding me for the mattress. I'm 5" 3" and 145 lbs. So I definitely do not recommend this mattress or company
