Un ottima strada è fondamentale per divertirsi al massimo, questa si trova in Francia, è una strada che porta ad una miniera di talco, perciò c'è poco traffico e non è un problema chiuderla per i giorni delle gare, se vuoi venire a trovarci sei bene accetto 😁
Nice ride. Not sure where that guy came from with so much speed to overtake you 2/3 of the way thru. A couple of smoother corners and you might have won. Hope you keep posting.
Always jealous Big Wheels came out after my time, but never dreamed they could be used for this. Unfortunately, one more sport I’ll have to participate only vicariously. 😢
I live in Korea, and while there are mountainous areas with hiking trails, I can't seem to find a place where I can comfortably ride like that. I would also like to try riding there someday.
Non è facile trovare una strada simile per fare queste gare, qua siamo in Francia, sui Pirenei al confine con la Spagna ed io abito in Italia, in korea non conosco nessuno che pratichi questo sport, in Thailandia sì.
È una strada che porta alla vetta di un monte e viene chiusa alle automobili quando viene organizzata la gara, in certi punti si raggiungono gli 80 km orari.
Are the rear wheels made out of a hard plastic? It seems to me that rubber rear tires would grip far better in the corners, and rear brakes would allow better control.
Si, però questo sport è nato con queste caratteristiche, le ruote posteriori senza aderenza permettevano proprio di fare testacoda ed altre acrobazie, nel tempo il trike si è evoluto in uno sport di velocità ma ha mantenuto l'idea originale
La lunghezza e il peso sono variabili, ogni pilota si crea il trike a suo piacimento, più o meno hanno un interasse che va dai 90 cm ai 110 cm ed un peso dai 22 kg ai 30 kg in base ai materiali che usi per costruirlo

looks like some would have crashes and imagine when these become electric.... right now you have to carry speed through the corner and exit as smooth and fast as possible.... electric could have boost and battery level like Formula E
Horrible scubbing in the turns. Every time you touched the pebbles you lost so much speed, and without power it was hard to gain any of it back. Less rolling resistance than anybody else, but the scrub made for a lousy overall run. 4th is plenty acceptable under those conditions.
Non avendo aderenza con le ruote posteriori (sono ruote da kart ricoperte di plastica dura ) si cerca di farle "agganciare " al bordo della strada per avere più grip, è questo il motivo per cui si ha questa guida particolare

I trike hanno una guida particolare perché le ruote posteriori sono ricoperte da plastica molto dura che non permette di avere aderenza è per questo che si sbanda molto 😅
Very poor racing form. Going off road in corners and trying to slip stream in corners when you could be taking the better lane to pass them. No wonder this guy never wins.
