정말 감동인건.. 30년 넘는 세월을 와인에 바쳤는데도 아직도 와인을 보면 눈에서 하트가 나오고 앞으로 마시게될 와인 이야기를 하면 할수록 입가에 미소가 끊이지 않는 모습이 정말 감동적이에요. 저도 오랜시간이 지나도 제 분야를 사랑하는 사람이 되고 싶네요:) 와인킹님 덕분에 와인이 좋아졌는데 이 분야도 열심히 배워서 나중에 건축기행다닐때 좋은곳에서 좋은와인 한잔씩 곁들여야겠어요♡

This is a great video and I enjoyed it even though it wasn't highly polished. Thanks a lot for sharing! My wife and I have been two weeks in Burgundy as well last month and loved every minute of it. We found the 2019 Chablis (interestingly, mostly the premier cru ones, not the grand cru) stellar but what impressed me even more was the quality of ready-made meals that you could get from the supermarkets - alongside their wide selection of local wines. Sitting on our terrace with a supermarket shelf Saint Bris Sauv Blanc as aperitif did become a nice habit - before moving on to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and all the cheese. Have a great journey to Korea and I'm looking forward to your next videos! Stay healthy.

I had recently the same bottle of Chablis you had. it's so fresh because even if it is 2007 has just been released by the producer. it spend more than 10 years the less in stainless steel. very good quality for the price!! happy to see you back, happy and publishing new contents ❤
Although a wine tour at a nice chateau is nice, but i think that small table in a hotel room with stuff you bought at carre four can be a memorable experience too...it's relaxing and unpretentious and obviously you and Peter have known each other a long time, but sometimes small tables conversations like that can actually bring new friendships...I have a small wine group and believe it or not the 'mini meet ups' of only 3 people in somebody's apartment (with 2-3 bottles and cold cuts/cheese/crackers) that actually made some of us know each other better!
I really wonder, how would Peter judge a very old vintage (say, the legendary 1858, or anything older than 100 years old). I know these go for a lot (I don't know if that would hold you, you had a video with a car's price worth of wines :D ), but I think it would be a very interesting look into how these very old wines hold, and why are they valued that high. Maybe production changes over centuries. I know this wouldn't probably become a video, but a man can only dream. Love your videos! Keep it up!
Jay, this is a wonderful video. I hope you have more footage of your trip to Bourgogne and the 5 days of tasting. Will you edit this footage into more videos for us to watch, when you have the time? This one skipped from day 1 to day 5. We are eager to see what happened during the festival. It looks wonderful and I hope I can also go sometime.
