Hit me up when you are ready to sell. Got my 2006 base model with 15,800 miles a couple months ago and I’m loving it. A GS is my next car when the right one comes along. I swear if I had a warehouse I would buy a C6 in every color. I sold my 1967 Camaro RS just before I got my C6 as I wanted something more reliable. A C6 was the right choice. You got yourself a looker!
I am a C6 owner and fan, and in my opinion the best looking Corvette in the modern era. My fist car was a 2005 C6 base model in Lemans Blue. I currently own a 2013 60th Anniversary Grand Sport Coupe with 29k miles. I will keep it until I die...and donate my car to the Corvette Museum. The C6s are great cars....and do not have have the problematic AFM/DOD that later generations had...I want to buy another C6 in a year or so...
You can have those wheels fixed and it's not a lot of money. Take it to your Chevy dealership, there are people that come in there that fix those curb rash wheels. My wife works at a New Car Dealership and I've had wheels like that fixed and I can't even tell you where they were damaged. I hope this helps, I'm a Car Guy Too.
I’m looking for a 2011 to 2013 grand sport myself except I want the manual because it gets all the Z51 basically get a Z06 except for the engine and as you mentioned the roof comes off which is a must. Great vid. Thx for posting

Heading to look at one this weekend, to add next to my C8. I'm curious how tall you are? I'm 6'4, 225 or so. The C8 corvette is super comfortable, and I fit with ease. The last time I tried to get in a C7, I could not fit. The C6 Grand Sport is one I've been wanting, so I'm gonna look one. They are super affordable right now with low miles.
