every swedish driver should watch this video, cause 99.9% of them have no clue how to drive ona roundabouts, and they drive on a double lane rb's the same way like on a single lane .
Question: at 2:22, why not the white car adjusts the speed, drive in the left/inner lane to follow the red car, since it already has the plan to continue driving inside the roundabout (which could create unnecessary danger to other cars)? @Transportstyrelsen
This part applies only to vehicles in the left-hand lane (i.e. red car). It tells drivers to exercise caution even though other vehicles (i.e. the white car) may be in a wrong position on the roundabout - allow for others' mistakes basically. The driver of the white car should themselves follow the advice at 1:48.
because red car is changing lanes, not the white car. you cant leave roundabaout in a position like this, you must first change lane, thats why red is giving way to white.
Hi Qasim J! It is not regulated in law which lane you must choose if there are several lanes in the roundabout. If you change lanes, pay attention to the traffic and signal.
