It is time for another edition of maintain your multi-family properties! In this episode we quickly show 2 different ways to measure and cut ceiling tiles. Acoustic tiles, suspended ceiling or drop in ceiling tiles are a cheap way to create a ceiling. You typically find these in basements and apartment units. Although some people think these are not an attractive ceiling... they do make repairs and access to plumbing / electrical as easy as can be. They also make short work of repairs when damage does happen due to water.
