Mix well.

Mix.
Knead the dough with your hands.
80 g butter.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Hazelnuts can be peeled by hand.
Put the hazelnuts in a bag and in this way you can grind.
Lay out the hazelnuts.

We divide the dough into 2 parts.
Roll out the dough.
