Thank you for addressing the pelvic floor & the many things that can increase and exacerbate its painful symptoms. My symptoms have been extremely difficult to deal with, & have been chronic in nature for 4+ years now. I’ve had multiple tests, have gone through numerous rounds of urological p/t as well as having other health issues that contribute to the pain & discomfort in my pelvic floor, perineum, rectum and radiate to many other areas such as my abdomen and genitalia. I have been misdiagnosed countless times which has only added to my frustration. I’m disabled, but do my best to watch your videos & follow your great advice that doesn’t involve being prescribed yet another pill to mask the pain. The mind/body connection is so very powerful & important, so again, I thank you for bringing their connection to the forefront when dealing with pelvic floor pain. The hampster wheel of pain, anxiety, & depression is very frustrating & discouraging. Your videos & suggestions are not only helpful but greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

I’m so glad you’re here with me! I can imagine how frustrating it must be to have dealt with so many misdiagnoses and so many painful days. You’re on the right track with the info in my channel, and truly understanding/appreciating the mind-body connection. Stay consistent and persistent with your personal wellness practices… they don’t always work quickly, but I can assure you, THEY WORK! 🎉 There is hope for you to get your life back no matter how longstanding your condition has been. Let 2024 be your year. Best wishes! ❤

Thank you so much for your channel and your Lift program. I have undiagnosed cystocele and when I do your exercises, it's so much better! And just the idea that surgery is not the only way to deal with this has been very freeing. My mother, my grandmother, both had surgery for this. I am glad I have options and some good, solid information, thanks to you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

THANK YOU for this beautiful comment! I'm so glad that my RU-vid channel and my Lift program have been supportive for you. While surgery can be helpful for some people, it's certainly NOT the only option for cystocele, and I'm *so glad* you've discovered natural solutions for yourself. The great thing about the natural solutions and pelvic health info I offer is that it helps *all areas* of your health and your life. It can actually leave you feeling stronger (mind, body, and spirit) than when you started your prolapse healing journey. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! Sending love and blessings for a beautiful new year!

This advice comes just time for the last two days I have getting jaw inflammation flares on one side of my face and I noticed inside of my mouth and neck as well. I have been massaging inside and out of my jaw and my neck. I totally forgot about heat although did think about ice but opted not. Instead used rubbing cbd oiltment and Vicks, did so neck exercises and some jaw exercises and took Tylenol. Woke up this morning feeling better. I don't have a tub but a walk in shower with an added shower hand held extension sprayer. I use it with warm water like a bidet style front and back for yesterday. I will get a water bottle for the future though, I know it will make a big difference. Thank you for putting this helpful information out there.

We are glad to hear that you're feeling better after taking those measures. It's essential to address inflammation and discomfort promptly. If your symptoms persist or worsen, consulting with a healthcare professional would be advisable for a more comprehensive evaluation and guidance. ~ Vibrant Support

Can you please provide some insight into relaxing the anal sphincter to initiate a BM ? I use the correct positions and try the moo / ooo sounds but still having difficulty with is causing some fissures I believe. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

I have a great meditation for elimination that you might want to try right here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J9gdZqpBVGo.htmlsi=K_sHRwIsJMeLdlmU You can watch it BEFORE having a BM and also again when you're actually on the toilet, trying to go. In addition, I recommend gently massaging your abdomen daily for stress relief and to stimulate peristalsis *and* you might also want to work on releasing your external anal sphincter: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NPIOTyaLAeY.htmlsi=Lh1ckXzhMcpLpGkd Best wishes!

Have you tried pelvic floor therapy or seeing a urogynecologist? I deal with a lot of tension both rectally and vaginally and so far I’ve found some relief in baclofen suppositories. Also what can help for me is doing manual pelvic floor releases that I’ve learned from therapy sessions. Recently had a “balloon test” done (that’s what they called it) got my results yesterday, I guess while my sphincter is at a normal range the rest of my pelvis is high toned, whatever that means. I’m assuming it means a whole bunch of tension lol. I’m tempted to try the tip with the lavender and boiling water but idk if that will help since as of this year heat from showers tenses up my pelvic floor and I don’t do well with the cold having raynauds lol. Oh well lol Either way, If you haven’t tried pelvic floor therapy or seeing a urogynecologist that may be worth a shot. I hope you find some improvements. I’ve been dealing with my issues for over a year now so I understand the struggle 💜

Can pelvic pain and tightness/spasms be caused by low estrogen and therefore can only be treated with hormones?
@vibrantpelvichealth
@vibrantpelvichealth 7 месяцев назад
Hormone imbalances can contribute to musculoskeletal concerns, but hormone treatment is *not* the only solution. I recommend a whole-person approach that addresses hormone concerns (as needed) AND utilizes movement and mind-body techniques such as those described in this video. In fact, lowering stress hormones through exercise/movement and stress management techniques will help you as you work with a doctor to discover your personal prescription for hormone therapy! It's all connected!

This is what happened to me. The lack of estrogen caused my pelvic floor to become hypertonic and it didn't start to improve until I started HRT. Topical products made me worse. I'm still having physio a year later

@lynnecook6079 what type of HRT do you use then? Did you mean the creams for HRT made you worse?
